A lot of us are really iffy and defensive about this because we stood up for Tayler and tried to comfort her, help her, just let her vent when she cried rape and abuse before, she now says none of that happened. Some of us even though we didn't like her, really seriously panicked, cried, spent hours trying to track down relatives etc when she said she was killing herself and went silent for days (when she is never silent) while she purposefully sat back and salivated over every comment saying "Oh my gosh, maybe she really did it guys," or "I'm so worried about Tayler and her kids, I think she's killed herself."

so. I mean, if I am a bitch for towing the victim shaming line in my posts, or flat out doing it, then I am a bitch. I can admit to that. But I didn't start out that way with this girl.

As far as stripping goes, first off, i KNOW not every stripper is on drugs however my little sister's only jobs in the 5 adult years she spent on this earth before her death were stripping jobs. There is a huge drug culture in the strip clubs and although plenty of girls just collect their money and go home, many fall victim to the drug culture and become addicts. I worry with how easily influenced and try hard to fit in combined with mental illness, stress and maybe trauma, Tayler could very easily fall victim herself. My little sister did, she is no longer with us due to the addiction that first started at her first stripping job at 18 years old.

Double post but her story changing every time she posts about it, deleting and re-posting versions of the same event so many times in a week and her constant publicizing such new trauma does not help her case. Those things on their own may not cause doubt for me but all of that combined as well as her track record with the truth DO factor in here. It may not be the PC idea of how things should go for a victim but those things will all create suspicion and doubt, that is just human nature. If I am thinking it, maybe it's more PC not to say it but that's just not how I operate. Little girl cried wolf and has to accept that her actions past and present do have lasting effects.

If he touched her in a way other than restraining her in defense of his own safety, than that is wrong and she didn't deserve it, no one does and I hope he is punished within the fullest extent of the law and I hope she really stays away for good this time.

But if he a)didn't abuse her than she is a piece of shit. and b)if he did abuse her in some way but she is exaggerating it than she would be both victim but also wrong at the same time. I have sympathy in that situation but also criticism because exaggerating what happened pokes holes in her story and makes people not believe her at all and does an injustice to herself and other victims.

I never said that I was not victim shaming as far as I know. I shared my opinion on the matter and I don't care who got upset over it. I know how big of a liar she is therefore I don't believe anything she says.

Personal story here. Feel free to pass by. My bf had a crazy ex who was obsessed with us. She finally got her ex to beat the crap out of her. Got him put in Jail. She brags she's some superhero. In reality she's a idiot.

I don't know what to think anymore. I don't think she'll ever leave him, no matter what. The way she first described this incident, made me sick to my stomach. But now it seems like it's still part of her ongoing pattern. She's had a restraining order against him before, years ago. Then she had Jakoby, and she married the guy. She's 22 now. She should be able to make better choices. I for one would be HAPPY if she actually started making changes instead of just going over the same ground over and over again. And I think Chuckie needs to face real consequences for turning to domestic violence again and again. He needs to at least be put on probation if jail isn't going to happen. He's got a real problem and he needs to be punished. I wish they'd get divorced and that he would move on permanently, because I think that's the only way Tayler will let go. These 2 people should never be together. The kids are growing up in mutual violence from them. It's deplorable and shouldn't be allowed to continue.

I hope that they go through with the divorce and the restraining order sticks and she stays away. They both need to seek help for the kids sake. The best thing for Tayler and Chuckie is not being together if neither is ever going to change and it appears things are never going to change. They as parents need to change so they can be better and not end up treating the kids like they have each other. It just sucks that "he's been like that basically since she has known him" yet she still decided to have 3 kids with him and put those children in the middle of everything.

I hope this case goes to some type of court there, because Tayler would just as guilty. All it takes is a defense attorney to see things she's posted online and that time the cops got called...then NO ONE IN BOTH FAMILIES might take the kids

Don't know about Ohio laws. Does she have to actually press charges, or does it automatically go to court because there was a warrant put out? She had also said they were taking it to court because she said she had custody of the children until the court date. Don't remember what the date is-- I think it's mentioned somewhere in this thread.

I don't know if it's different in America but in Australia until the case goes to court you have a temporary restraining order which will cover children as well. When it goes to court it is up to the judge whether or not to grant a more permanent restraining order and whether or not that will include the children. The judge may order supervised visitation, someone else to pick up/drop off the kids or something like that. Or the restraint order may not affect the kids it could just be between chuckle and tayler.

I don't post much but just wanted to state my opinion. But even if exactly what she said didn't happen, SOMETHING obviously did happen. No maybe it wasn't as severe as she claimed but if it's going to court then they had probable cause to believe an assault took place. She does have bruising. Maybe he didn't try to kill her but he obviously did go after her. In my opinion no one should lay hands on their significant other. No matter if it's a girl or guy. And no matter if it's just a slap or a seriously attack. None of its acceptable.

Not necessarily. One of my friends used to be a stripper and all she did was dance and strip, she never used the pole (she wasn't athletic enough for that).

I think she is going on websites where you type in a box and it generates it with a different font then you just copy and paste the text. It used to be the cool thing to do on social media when I was 14

There are apps that give you different fonts, I remember people using that for their MySpace profiles lol.
I feel like Tayler is the type to still use signatures at the end of her text messages lol.
