Cullen and Katie: New Year, New Baby Part 3

Who else thought that MG was literally the cutest thing in her snow gear. It was literally the cutest thing ever. CK are the only vloggers i watch without cringing. I really think they are very good parents better than BM and EJ. I think teaching her manners and to be polite now is a great thing to do. She will most likely carry that through with her and I just think it will benefit her. Another thing is CK I feel like really try and teach MG things and I cannot believe how much she is talking and is understanding things.
Another thing they are very good at is disciplining in the stores. They tell her at a young age that the item is the stores and not hers so she won't have temper tantrums when she doesn't get what she wants like Ollie I'm sure has had if not soon will. (or maybe won't because B and M buy him everything). I feel like right now she won't grow up to be a spoiled brat and get everything she wants like i can see other vloggers children becoming.

So true! They're teaching her to say grace, and please and thank you-- I know Ollie says thank you sometimes, but does he ever say please? I would be a big hypocrite if I said anything about the Cute Baby Tricks they make her do, because I and everyone I know with kids did that. We just weren't vlogging it!

Oliver never says "please". He only ever demands lol. He's so used to getting everything he wants nothing excites him anymore. It's so nice to see MG have manners at such a young age. I'm so glad C&K are her parents. They really balance her out.

MG is really advanced for her age and her parents are bringing her up to be so polite but at the same time they do not restrict her they allow her to explore and learn

That's an important thing to teach kids. If Ollie picks something up, Bryan just shrugs and says "I guess we're buying that!". I also see kids having tantrums when people take away something long
enough to pay for it. I taught my kids that they would get it back, but that I had to give it to the clerk to pay for it.
This vacation is going to be so interesting. Wish I could be a fly on the wall when the cameras were off! Get ready for the forced romance between the toddlers. And if I were C&K, I'd be on my guard every minute with Ollie. And I'd be pissed if I went to the trouble to have a nice baby blanket embroidered with the babies name, only to have his spoiled older brother claim it.

I know! So many people posted that it scared them when they saw it. So much for being honest and relatable. "Passed out in Public" was bad, but he's getting ridiculous with these clickbait titles. Between that and sucking up to King Shay, I am really annoyed.

I know not all ppl agree on the video title, but imo "crazy pregnancy hormones" or something would have sufficed. I don't think anyone really thought they were making light of the situation. Even with Katie's responses in the comments. It doesn't make matters any better. It was too suggestive of a title and thumbnail. Ppl arent being negative Nancy either, just being honest with their reaction. A lesson learned we hope.

Am I the only one with enough common sense to know they wouldn't title a vlog that way if something HAD happened to the baby?? I've only been watching them for a year but I think that's enough to know what type of people they're like. Cullen wouldn't stoop that low in my opinion. He knows loss/pain and he's gone through 2 miscarriages, he wouldn't be stupid enough to monetize another loss of a baby through a clickbait title. I didn't even think about the baby when I saw the thumbnail and title. Katie looks like she's crying laughing on the thumbnail. Idk, but Cullen is a religious guy. He wouldn't joke around that way for views knowing God can easily punish him for it or something. Cullen's not like Jared, who will capitalize on his son not breathing to gain more views.

It's not that he wouldn't have really titled a vlog about a loss like that. I think most of us can see that. It's just that he's been getting click baity lately, and it was in poor taste. And he had to know that.

I guess I can't see it as being in poor taste simply because my mind didn't go to the same place as all of yours. I read it and thought she was crying because MG was growing up and she was laughing at herself for getting emotional. The reason was wrong but the rest was right lol. But I didn't think it was a real problem.

I never went to that place in my mind either and never thought about it being click bait until i scrolled through the comments. I knew it wasn't anything serous bc i know Cullen wouldn't be that silly and easy over something happening to his baby. I actually giggled when i saw the title and the thumbnail bc i was wondering what silly thing made pregnant Katie cry.

I'm reasonably sure most adults knew it wasn't something serious with the pregnancy. That being said, his titles seem to be getting worse "Passed Out in Public" when she wasn't. I noticed that it was mostly the younger crowd that were commenting as well... The kids tend to jump to conclusion. I get that they want to name the vlog something catchy, but the click bait does get old sometimes. I feel like the Crazy Pregnancy Hormones! would have gotten views just as much because they are being so chill about this pregnancy and not really talking about it much right now, lots of people dont even realize shes pregnant again! Anything with pregnant in the title is clicky enough in the family vlogging circle.. People go peanuts for pregnancy. ( now that i think about it, maybe they had a vlog titled that with MG? For some reason i want to say ive seen the Crazy Preg Hormone title with them before. Not defending his wording, but maybe hes just avoiding repeat vlog names? But that being said, something like Puppies Make Me Cry! or Pregnancy Flood Gates! would have been less dramatic)

I still can't get over the "Baby Trapped in Washing Machine" clickbait title. How low and desperate can you get to put your baby in the washing machine, take a picture, then lie in the title to get views, since she obvi wasn't trapped in there. It's not something I would even joke about since I'm sure there have been children actually trapped in washing machines. Cullen is a d-bag.

Some used to say these sort of things about Jared and defended him no matter what several months ago lol give it time lol all these stay at home vlog dads are very similar. it's all about the views and the money no matter how often they want to claim its for memories ha!
