My specialty is pretty much going off topic. As long as the thread goes back to whatever it started as, who cares?! Sometimes these people are so boring that we have to talk about gas prices. There are worse things IMO. When I see someone saying "OT but, xyz" and it still has to do with the YT person or whatever I'm pretty much scratching my head. That's not OT!! Informality is my game.

Everyone had their say about Ollie's diet, B&M poor parenting and overspending, and the EP release party came up along with the price of gas. Hell, at least I learned something in that the price of gas is regional and varies wildly. DB are all too predictable, sometimes it helps to throw sometning else into the mix. I'm not bothered.

I mean I don't want them hurt or anything. But nothing breaks my heart or genuinely makes me feel sad for all the crap so many of ytmd claims makes them so sad. People who think Bryan Lanning's family is so much better than the Hollisters and wished they were in the vlogs more. People who think the Mecham's are kinder, more down to earth blah blah blah, would be better for E&J+boys to be around more than the Griffiths. You don't know much about the "left out" families because they don't live near! You'd find just as many flaws with them if they appeared as much in the vlogs!

The gross exaggeration of how "terrible" Bev is treated by The DailyBumps... She doesn't like to be vlogged, as stated on multiple occasions. People scrutinized the Christmas vlog so hard that they say there were other gifts not mentioned sitting next to her. Some conspiracy theorist proclaimed the positioning of whatever made it likely that those gifts (laptop+whatever) were actually for Jimmy. It was confirmed in a tweet that Bev received those gifts. They buy her a damn car and all these people who loooove Bev jump to say "but I'm sure they bought the Hollisters XYZ!" And frankly, if Bev were in the vlogs as much as Cassie is, the ymtd community would not hesitate to jump on the fact that Bev is morbidly obese and say it's a bad influence on the boys. But since we rarely see her and there is so much hate for the Hollisters, Bev is so wonderful and beautiful.

Maybe caring is the wrong way to put it. I just don't think there's anything wrong with saying you feel bad for so and so. There are some pretty bad moms talked about on her and I do actually feel bad and worry for those kids

Maybe I should have been clearer. I care for certain things about strangers. An example, Daxton falling and having a hairline fracture. Jackson smacking his head very hard twice. Hell, I even felt sad for Missy when Finn was whisked away to the NICU. But I absolutely cannot believe people are LITERALLY sad that Ollie is on a beige diet. That Jackson has a shitty variety of toys. My opinion is that most say it as a filler response to something that they want to make appear incredibly terrible.

I don't recognize your name at all, so I don't know if you read/post on E+J and DailyBumps, but if you do, please take note at what types of petty crap people claims makes them sad. It's laughable.

I just did this search in the DailyBumps threads to make my point. 56 of how many threads in that section (can't be many more than 56 threads, right?) all include the quote "makes me sad" The term is way overused.

Just because you're a shitty person who can't honestly compliment people doesn't mean other people are.

I compliment people when I feel like complimenting them, as do many others. It's not to make me feel good, it's to help other people feel good.

Is bev perfect? Nope. She has many flaws. But she has a beautiful face and her eyes are beyond gorgeous. Any body that gets a compliment also has flaws, but there's no need to comment on those.

I didn't mean to start WWIII with this. I personally don't find Bev attractive, not because of her weight, but because she just isn't. I don't find that family at all good looking, and yeah she has gorgeous eyes, but eyes don't make up the entire face. Is Bev a good person? I don't know. I don't know Bev any better than the woman in the car next to me. Is there a good chance she's very sweet and caring and an all around good human being? Probably. But again, I don't know since she's rarely ever shown or talked about on the vlog.
My original statement was I hated how people gushed and loved on Bev for a while, when in reality she was rarely even shown. And then finally we were off the Bev topic, and randomly a picture of her is inserted (heavily edited so not even a good representation) expressing how gorgeous she is.
I don't personally think RootBeerFloatie is a bad person for not finding Bev attractive due to her weight. It's just her preference. Calling her a shitty person for it is pretty rude, though.
