The way she talks into the camera bothers me more than any other youtuber. I don't even know how to describe it but it's almost like the camera is her only friend or her personal diary that none of us want to see and it has a serious fake/overly dramatic vibe. Like her singing into the camera in the car the other day was so uncomfortable. And everyday it's a new complaint, I don't like making breakfast, I don't like homeschooling, I don't like showering (we can tell, Ruby). Her husband, who seems like a generally good guy, seems way over it. I think she's not really the sahm type but got sucked into it and now she sees YouTube as her way out. Also I don't think Chad was having an issue like Jared...he's a genuine kid and it was cute to see him try to get out what he wanted to say...he's also 11. He is a pretty cute kid and has a pretty big Instagram following.

She is my least favourite griffiths lol. Ruby just seems like a sanctimommy try hard, as if she is trying to convince herself that she is doing a good job and that she is happy being a sahm. She talks to the camera as if we are all children in that condescending tone. And I'm a b*tch and I just don't like her face/ her mouth is weird when she talks and she always looks greasy af.

I think Ruby enjoys intellectual stimulation. I get the impression that Kevin does, as well.. I'm not saying that she dislikes being a sahm, I simply see her as the sister that would have been really career driven, if the situation were different.
I agree.. She tries too hard sometimes in her vlogs. What makes YTbers relatable, is when they are authentic. I feel like that is one of the big pulls towards B&J. They are genuine, imperfect, and authentic..
I wish we saw more of Kevin.. Not just because I find him sexy;) I think seeing more of Kevin and Ruby's relationship dynamic would give us a better perspective on who Ruby is.
Ruby, we know you read here.. Just chill and be yourself. Show us your authentic self..

The problem with ruby is she thinks she is something she is not.
She cannot understand when people question her as a mother. She thinks she's the dogs danglys. All i see is a tired housewife who complains, constantly, has kids doing all the chores, and by the end of the day is falling in Kevin's arms because she's so exhausted.
She really does think she's s cut above... Did you see the vlog where she had the checklist for the guys she was dating...? Narcissistic as hell. She's done well to get Kevin , he's a great guy but she doesn't seem to appreciate him. She really doesn't sit well with me at all , I'm annoyed at all the new subscribers she is gaining, riding on the coat tails of her sister there are a lot of better, more authentic you tuber mums who have less than 10,000 subscribers who deserve a greater following, who actually enjoy their Time with their kids and the day isn't a complaint fest. I can't understand why she's so tired, the kids do most of the work!!!

I know what's wrong with ruby
1. Idleitis ( also know as lazy AF, watching other people do chores and getting so tired just watching so proceed to take a nap)
2. Lack of iron, lack of meat and greens all I see is tacos, bread rolls and cookies...beige and cheap.
3. Lack of stimulation, she literally only talks to Eve, Russell a camera and a select few don't let her know she has 2 kids called Abby and Julie, it's clear she forgets.
4. Lack of fresh air. So exhausted to go to chads games and get out of the house
5. Living a double life... Pretending (badly) to be someone she is not on YouTube again exhausting.
6. Homeschooling by that I mean, homeschool Chad on the art of cleaning, lds and babysitting with the occasional field trip to Costco
7. Being frugal and cheap also known as a skint Flint is exhausting.
8. Ties in with 7 but constantly having to wash clothes seeing as all your kids only have about 4 outfits so having to continuously wash them so they have threads to wear
9. Convincing yourself that bad behaviour is leadership, laughable and also exhausting

I agree with all that's been said about Ruby. As the eldest child, she'd likely have been an over-achiever if she had pursued a career. I think she did very well to land Kevin. It's difficult for me to feel empathy for her as a tired mother of six at such a young age because she comes across as defensive and "in control" much of the time. Six kids seems like at least two too many for her. We never really get to see a different side of her, I don't think she's enjoyed life much up to this point. I don't know how she landed 10k new subscribers over the weekend. But if vlogging is what she likes to do and it helps her financially, I'm happy for her success. I don't doubt that she is working hard and not having much fun with her husband gone much of the time.

Also did you guys see her little rant about how Evie is just being a two year old as she screamed in the back? Mmkay hey Ruby!

I could go on and on about her because she just irks me but number 10 could be always taking big bites of food with the camera right in front of her face! Her mouth and teeth are kinda funky...no one wants to see you eat that up close Ruby!

Lol, yes, I'd say she makes it a point to read ytmd and my guess is she reads here on a routine basis. None of my kids acted like that at two, nor did any other two year old that I've known. It's not normal for a child to attack a sibling unprovoked and hell bent on hurting them at two years old. She was positively vicious.

The thing that annoys me is how she just lets eve get away with it, at 2 she is old enough to understand right from wrong and to have consequences to her actions. My 2 year old is a lot like eve (mine is so naughty lol) and she pushes every button I have and pushes her brother around and is a handful, but I don't let her get away with how she behaves. Yesterday she scratched her brother and then went and put herself into timeout because she knew that's what she would get for doing it, she's evil.

You need to get a handle on kids behaviour from a young age or you end up with a brat. I don't know how her other kids ended up so well behaved.

I noticed that too and think that it has to be a feature YouTube offers. Like some sort of code that self updates with every new post. She has hundreds of videos and I did some spot checking (not super far back), and they're all updated every single day. I think that's literally impossible. Especially with 6 kids. If she is doing it, I think her family would be seriously neglected.

I don't understand either. And like two weeks ago she gained 10,000 subs over the weekend? I don't get it. she doesn't do collabs, she is rarely in Ellie and jared or bonnie's vlogs and her content isn't anything special. I don't understand where all of her subs are coming from?
