I wonder if Tayler even researched her artist before getting that mess tattooed on her. My guess is she probably went to the cheapest person she could find and didn't take the time to look at their other work. There are artists out there who do great work for apprentice rates, if she didn't want to pay a lot she probably could have got something decent for a good price from an apprentice. (although I don't know any good artist that would do a whole sleeve outline for only $200/$300)

Just last week I got a tattoo of an owl, that I'd been watching for years (that I hadn't been able to get because I didn't have the extra funds because *shocker* my kid came first) and my owl is no bigger then the palm of my hand and cost $200 plus I tipped the guy $50. It looks great IMO and I'd rather have my small, great detailed owl for 250 then an entire sleeve of faded shit that looks like my kid drew [FACE WITH TEARS OF JOY][FACE WITH TEARS OF JOY]
