Does anyone have any experience with cramping during pregnancy? I'm seven weeks and I've noticed light cramping. It doesn't hurt but it's relatively uncomfortable. No bleeding though. There was one point where the cramps got pretty painful but it was only once and since then, it's been light. Relatively frequent, about once every half hour and it lasts about a minute?
Is this just my uterus expanding, therefore there's cramping? Or is this signaling something bad? I'm really trying not to think too much about it otherwise I wouldn't be able to function. I also don't want to stress myself out too much. On one hand, I feel like everything is okay because there hasn't been any bleeding and the cramps aren't painful, just uncomfortable. On the other hand, I'm very worried so I'm just wondering if anyone has any experience with this. My first pregnancy, I didn't feel any cramping at all ever so cramping now just seems... weird and it's freaking me out a bit.
Thanks in advance!

Re: Pregnancy cramps? Normal?
Totally normal! Had moderate to painful cramping from 4 weeks on with 2 healthy pregnancies. With my one miscarriage at 12 weeks, didn't have any cramping much at all, even on the day spotting started, then I had very bad ones as it completed. Ultrasound showed baby had died 3 weeks prior, so the lack of cramps meant no growth in my uterus.
So, I would take cramps as a good sign.
Try not to stress too much though I know it's hard.
