Helloooo! I'm new here. I've been lurking but decided to join in today. I like Britney but I can see a lot of the valid concerns and complaints some people have about her on here, and everyone makes a lot of good points. I don't necessarily think Britney being more introverted or less social and not having a lot of hobbies is a bad thing. A lot of people are introverts and it's ok. Her kids are obviously loved and well cared for and seem happy and well adjusted, and will eventually go to school and get the socialization they need there.

I do agree that Britney should find something to do to give her mind a vacation from the stress of Nolan's diagnosis, etc.

Nolan will not have a normal life and yes, he has a degenerative disease that will leave him in a wheelchair at an early age. But he won't die a super early death. People with Duchenne MD can live well into their 30s with technology and medical advancements these days. Not that that's a long or fulfilled life, and it's still unfair. No, 30 isn't long enough at all But with love and support and a good medical team, Nolan can have a decent life and make the most of it.

I'm sure reading here, I'll find things that annoy me about Britney and I will agree with you guys on a few things I'm sure, but right now I just have 2 things I've been thinking about when I watch her videos and it's random.

1. You all have touched on the subject of her education. It's sad that her "degree" is from University of Phoenix and I wonder if she had any guidance at all from family, friends or teachers, like "Hey why don't you just go to community college instead?" Even 4 year universities have entire programs online. School is so flexible and available and there's so many programs to help young moms who want an education (pell grant, etc). In one of her recent videos she said she wanted to go back to school for a degree in medical assistant (did I hear that right?) Girl, do not. That isn't even a degree, it's a certification and basically you make $9 an hour. You'd make more working at your beloved Old Navy. If she wants to go to school, at least go for a CNA or something, although I agree with those who say she will never end up working.

2. Ean...does he ever seem happy in videos? Maybe he just doesn't like to be filmed. She always tries to prompt him / ask him things in videos and he always seems like "ugh".

Let's not forget that the DMD lifespan can vary GREATLY from person to person...

I'll never understand the obsession with Starbucks. I gave it a shot a few times and it's gross. Waaaaay too sugary and expensive. Gave me a headache.

I understand that given Nolan's condition, Brit should focus on spending as much time with him as possible. I agree. But taking a class (whether it's a hobby or college courses) are good outlets to socialize. Or maybe join a mommy group in her area.

And doesn't she have a coffee maker at home? Iced coffee is easy to make yourself and is less expensive to do yourself.

Another sponsored video... I don't get how these things work. So they pay you and send you free products or they just send you free stuff to review with no pay?

i was actually familiar with MD and Duchenne because a classmate of mine had a brother with Duchenne. He is ok, but he is now wheelchair bound. Fast foward 10 years and my friend has a son with Duchenne. I'm not sure if my friend was tested as a child (i would never ask.. even today) But im just saying it is likely that Aria is carrying the gene. My friend son is ok. he is 5 and still able to walk, although he has a wheel chair to help him since he gets tired easy. Her son is in aquatic therapy which is extremely helpful with DMD. I hope B looks into all types of therapy for Nolan. My friends son began aquatic therapy at 3. its has helped him alot.

I dont mind sponsored videos but she does them in a way that is soooo infuriating! How many different food delivery services has she been sponsored by? She highly recommends and loves them yet she ditches it after the video and starts using a different company for the same thing?? I think you should test a product for a month or so and If you really love it and will continue to use it regularly, THEN recommend it to us. Drives me nuts!

Well, that's just how you know these sponsorships are bullshit. She's going to praise every product like it's the best thing ever. That money makes all the bullshitting and lying through her teeth worth it.

I don't get why they choose her for sponsorships. She's really not good at selling them. She bumbles through it. Maybe if it were kid toys, if people see her kids playing with them & enjoying, others might get it for their own. Or maybe a children's clothing sponsorship. But I never see dishsoap and think "I GOTTA HAVE IT". Like the highchair sponsorship from awhile ago was a more relevant product.

At least itsJudysLife used Blue Apron several times a week, for weeks, when promoting it. Though I''m sure BA gave it to them each week because they got more views. Not sure if they still promote that overpriced crap.

See, when they send this stuff to SAHMs, it really isn't as relevant a service. If you stay-at-home, then you have more time for meal prep, food shopping, etc. And odds are if you are a SAHM, you have to budget more to compensate for only one adult making an income. For the price per meal ($11.50), you might as well go out to a restaurant or order takeout. I don't blame her for accepting it, cause if you can get it free why not. The food looks good. But few people could afford or allow themselves to spend so much on 6 servings (3 meals= $69) that you ALSO have to prepare.

Also I think I remember seeing her post pics on snapchat of meals and being shocked that she was cooking and not having takeout! XD They were probably hellofresh meals.

I watched about half of the "nolans unique condition (or diagnosis? I don't recall)" video yesterday. Just during those few minutes she said "so" 7 times. If I have time today I'll finish the video and see how many times she says it lol

Meal service products are more for working moms, not SAHMs. So those make zero sense. She'd get more views if she did plain recipe videos, if she chose carefully what to cook or bake. I agree, kid's products would be more her forte. She's not good at selling things at all. You can tell she doesn't like being "forced" to follow some sort of script. I don't watch sponsored videos of stuff that is not affordable or interesting. Review videos are okay, but simply loving every single sponsored product isn't honest and has no value to anyone.

I don't watch her so I had to look it up. And yes, that was a terrible promo. But honestly most of the people who get sponsorships are more popular, get more views, & are better bullshitters lol (ie. Trisha Paytas).

I thought that the other Britney (Brittney? Two t's?) was more popular. Did Britney and her meet when their channels started? Because B&B channel dwarfs hers. I just assumed they were both popular yt moms.

I'm so confused. Britney had a kitten when she first started YouTube and left it behind when she moved to Ean's Grandma's? house. She doesn't know what happened to it, I think she said it ran away? Anyway, she started claiming she was allergic to cats anyway. Then she's petting all the kittens in the newest vlog and touching her face and saying Ean wouldn't let her get a cat. Is she allergic or not?
