On another comment someone said they should give Gaines a hot bath bring down her fever and this Victoria person said no, duh, they should give her a cold bath cause obviously, cold water will be bringing the fever and got water will raise it! Lord, I hope this woman doesn't have kids!

I'm glad this "vacation" is over with and hope Gaines is feeling a whole lot better. I trust C&K will get her evaluated if she isn't better already.

For me, this Florida get together seemed a lot easier to watch than it was last year. Last year C&K barely had a spot on this board. There seemed to be a "poor Bryan" movement and Missy was BEC on this forum. There was a lot of questioning regarding Ellie and the wisdom of taking a 3 week old baby on a beach holiday. But, in general, Ellie was favored and was expected to go back to Utah and be favored forever more. Instead, she got chance after chance after chance to rehanilitate herself.

This year was better because C&K were better and more secure in their success and who they are. MG is walking, talking, and just amazing. Ollie seemed the happiest I've ever seen him be in the pool and at the beach. His smiles were genuine, even under water. I think this vacation was really good for him. Finn was an adorable addition to the ranks. I give Missy credit for bringing him into the world and I don't care if she doesn't have social graces at the moment. I loved how Cullen took such an interest in him. I can't say anything about Bryan really, only that he hasn't grown up a bit. But I do give him credit for waking up every morning and making a way to provide for his family.

Ellie and Jared didn't make much of an impression on me this year. Someone mentioned a snapchat Katie did with Calvin in which Calvin looked happier than ever. I'm sorry I wasn't able to see it. But Jackon looked to be okay. Did E&J feature the kids much? I found it telling that now Jackson is being
entertained during dinner with an ipad. Who saw that coming last year? Jared still ott obnoxious with a master of ceromonies opening every damn day. Ellie thinks she is the shit now, but she looked a whole lot better last year, 3 weeks after giving birth. Calvin, I am sorry to say, isn't at all memorable. Did he play in the big pool at all? Did he walk or jump in or did his parents play with him?

Sorry for rambling on. It just makes it clear to me that this year was better. We know better who these people are and what they bring, or don't bring, to the table.

Well they had the heart to bring up Orlando. Not sure if other vloggers did or not since I don't watch any others that often.

And can I just say Gaines' face when they took the block away was so sad but it made me laugh because it's something my kiddo would have done when she was little too.

I hope that sweet girl is feeling better today, my heart broke at how pitiful she was yesterday and it seems she just got worse as the day progressed. Poor thing.

I've gotten sick from ingesting ocean water before and it was horrible. My stomach hurt so bad.

I got a horrible bacterial infection once from just swimming in a local lake. Eyes, ears, and respiratory, all bacterial. it was so bad the dr made me retrace my steps to find the source and reported it to the health dept when we came to the conclusion it was something water borne. Ive never swam in that lake again, and dont let my kids either.

Oh my goodness, I about died when I saw the 2nd picture, lol, IT'S THE END IF THE WORLD!!! Poor baby, I bet she was getting sick at the time. I was shocked when she went off on Aida-Belle in today's vlog. I'm so glad they finally took her in so she can start to feel better. It is times like these when it is good to have two parents at home.

I know! She must have felt rotten to have gotten so upset at one of her beloved dogs. She is such a happy little thing, it was hard to see her sick.

I was shocked about her yelling at Ada too!!!!! I thought in my head then that she had to be feeling so bad. Made me feel horrible for her. That video oh her saying "I feel better" was ADORABLE!!!!! So glad she seems to be on the mend.

If you google what she has, it can be a pretty serious infection. I really hope she feels better soon! I'm kind of sad they didn't call the doctor sooner, but I get it. I wasn't a huge fever watcher, either. Now I have to call every single time now due to my kid being in daycare and it never being "just a cold"... sigh. Made that mistake once, ended up in the ER. No thanks!

I'm glad they included her little tantrum in the vlog! It was adorable and so real. It's easy to think vlogger kids are perfect because they never really show her throwing a fit. When it's not your own kid, it can be cute, lol.
