Re: SlyFox Family: Part One
I am always talking to the TV saying "Brush her hair!" whenever Jaedyn is on screen.
Did they get a ring light too? It looked like one was reflected in Andrew's glasses the other day.
And I can't believe he has lived in SoCal how long and can't pronounce Encinitas? It's pretty easy. And it's NOT Ensenada.

Re: SlyFox Family: Part One
They filled their spa with bath bombs. And of course, it spilled into the pool. So everything is all full of bubbles. I don't know enough about pools, but does that mean they have to empty it and refill it? In any case, it's wasteful.

Re: SlyFox Family: Part One
These two are freaking desperate. I don't even watch their videos anymore because I find them so annoying and boring, but I am so sick of seeing their clickbait titles and now Caspian has an Instagram account? Really? What is the point if it's run by them? To try to go viral for a "STYLISH TODDLER HAS OWN INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT" headline?

Re: SlyFox Family: Part One
They are awful with the clickbaiting, and attaching themselves to bigger YouTube families. First it was DB, now it's Family Fun Pack. They make me nuts.

Sorry for another post, but how is cracking a phone "tragic"? Give me just one tiny break.

I can't stand these people. They are worse than the Lanning, imo. I hate how they try so hard and their stupid clickbait titles.

Re: SlyFox Family: Part One
Do I even want to know what the "Diabetic Emergency" was? Did he stupidly wait until 5 minutes before the pharmacy closed to go get his insulin again, after goofing off all day? He makes me crazy. "If I don't get to the pharmacy on time, I am going to run out of insulin, which could be really bad! (Which is why I have been doing anything I possibly could all day _except_ going out to get my insulin)"Bambi_ wrote:I can't stand these people. They are worse than the Lanning, imo. Re: SlyFox Family: Part One
I don't even bother with them anymore, everything is an "emergency", "disaster", or "tragic" (two out of three in this latest video). Their top three most viewed all have "emergency" in the title, no wonder they keep using it.
I'm surprised we haven't heard anything more about them TTCing, the ovulation video was posted on July 27th so she probably would have started a new cycle two weeks ago. I thought they would ride that money train hard but maybe tragic emergency disasters are more profitable?

Re: SlyFox Family: Part One
I don't watch them often because their over-dramatic tendencies annoy me but I just happened to read the description of one of their videos and it says they got engaged within 5 days of knowing each other and they got married shortly after. That seems so soon; I'm in awe.
Re: SlyFox Family: Part One
When are there kids ever actually taught anything? I know they go to a regular (?) school one day a week, but they are supposedly homeschooled the rest of the time. When? In yesterday's (posted today) vlog, Andrew asked the kids what they were doing that day, and they said, "swimming." Do they do some kind of unschooling, homeschool program?
And when is Hannah's mom not with them? I know the Lanning's get a lot of flack because her parents are always around, but it seems like Hannah's mom ALWAYS has the kids or is at the house with them, she was even at school filming them in one vlog.

Re: SlyFox Family: Part One
My daughter watches them, and nope, she didn't get a cell phone. It was a 'joke". And the big dramatic "Diabetic Emergency" was that his insurance didn't want to cover his insulin. As if he couldn't afford to pay for it. For someone without his resources, it might actually be an emergency. But for them, it's just clickbait.pllfan5 wrote:Did they seriously buy their nine year-old a cell phone?! I don't want to give them a view but wow... those kids are going to be spoiled and entitled

Re: SlyFox Family: Part One
I really liked these guys when they first started but dear god... Andrew and Hannah are like giant kids. Why would you think it's acceptable to tell your child to stick their head under a froyo machine and to eat froyo directly from the machine? And then why would you as an adult stick your head under the machine and attempt to do the same thing when your 11 year old said it wasn't a good idea? I get it, they make money off of views but that shit is so rude to the employees of that place.
They're starting to turn into the bumps. At least one of their parents is with them constantly. They allow their kids to do anything they want, buy them anything they want, they have no daily structure. Jaedyn seems so irritated with their immaturity and tries to distance herself from them by staying at her grandparents house. I'm waiting for this family to crash and burn.

Re: SlyFox Family: Part One
All of this , I find them intensely irritating, organic pop tarts are not health food. And they will casually throw organic into any possible conversation.
I do very much like their house tour, and they seem to have a very successful business which will only get more popular due to sly fox club.
On their clothes though they are so expensive for what they are ,I realize the plain black White fonts etc are because of the stark, minimalist tumbler asthetic they are going for but I fee.l they would be quite cheap to produce and there is very little in the war of clothing styles more like variety of slogans,
If your daughter is to young for a mobile phone is she not also to young to have an instagram Account?, Much less Caspian.
Is "Nanna" a teacher at the home school Program?, I have seen footage of her teaching but couldn't see Jay den or Caspian, plus she seems to do everything else for Hannah and Andrew whilst dutifully wearing her slyfox Nanna shirt, she seems a gem.
That child has soo oo many shoes I would love to be able to indulge my kids like that , but I would hope to still install manners and respect.
I think they may be the worst example of click bait I have ever come across there is always an emergency, accident, wounding and Caspian is always ill. Well that was a lot longer than I intended soz

Re: SlyFox Family: Part One
Caspian is a holy terror. I thought Ollie was overindulged and wild, but he has nothing on Caspian.
When your 9 year old daughter rolls her eyes at your immaturity, and not just out of normal 9 year old "omg mom, you're embarrassing me!", you need to take a look at your lifestyle. Caspian's hair is always a mess, and he cries at the least little disappointment.
Did you all see when Jaedyn stepped on the glass (after Andrew had supposedly cleaned the patio-- great job dad!) and she didn't cry or anything, and then Caspian got a brain freeze from putting half a container of ice cream into his mouth, and sat there crying like it was the end of the world. Then, as soon as it was over, he got another giant spoonful. That kid seems to live on treats. He is definitely going to be a hoodlum. And if Bryan and Missy want a glimpse into the future, they just have to look at Caspian. Hannah asked him one day who his best friend was-- it was an "ask Cas" question-- and he said his uncle. She wigged out! She kept bugging him until he said mom.
One more thing: they say he has such an imagination. But when they ask him to name things, he can't come up with anything. They had a couple of snails and he named them Caspian and Jaedyn. "If we got a puppy, what should we call it?" "Dog" Both sets of grandparents are great. I think Andrew's dad asked not to be filmed. He seemed really uncomfortable on camera, and he isn't in the vlogs anymore. I felt so awful for Hannah's mom having her head injury plastered on the thumbnail. Hopefully they asked her if it was all right!

Aside from the clickbait - Caspian is the other main reason I don't watch these guys anymore

Re: SlyFox Family: Part One
So they set up an obstacle course, and they needed to clean it up before school. Jaedyn helped, and Caspian just stood there. He is plenty old enough to help out. And then Andrew was asking about doing a raised garden. That's a great idea, but a) much better for spring, and b) most of their audience is under 12. So wouldn't be able to offer any advice.

Re: SlyFox Family: Part One
The other day andrew said that the kids don't do schooling on friday - he and hannah are just setting them up to be screwed over late in life, what I would like to know is why they are home schooled rather than actually going to school, then andrew and hannah could actually work on their business which according to the Facebook page has alot of negitive reviews and posts disappearing

And apparently he's to young to clean up, noooo by now he would have figured out ge cab get out of it so he's playing themDailybuzz24 wrote:They do frig all with schooling. I don't see it.larissaledingham wrote:The other day andrew said that the kids don't do schooling on friday - he and hannah are just setting them up to be screwed over late in life, what I would like to know is why they are home schooled rather than actually going to school, then andrew and hannah could actually work on their business which according to the Facebook page has alot of negitive reviews and posts disappearing
