He is! I don't know what it is. Maybe he's just having a developmental boom. But I think spending one on one time with Jess (and Chris? Dunno where he is during the day) is going to be so beneficial to him. His speech and vocabulary is really coming along now too!

I know everyone will pick apart this vlog for one reason or another but honestly I think it is pretty clear Chris loves Jessica very much. That was a really sweet gesture nd he seemed proud of himself for not only pulling off a surprise but getting a good deal.
From the perspective of someones whos best friend has a youtube channel, vlogging and sit down videos are very different. Sitting down infront of the camera can be so awkward even if you are comfortable vlogging but he does seem to be interacting more so maybe we will get a boyfriend/husband tag one day soon. It would be cute to do before the baby arrives.

it is a running theme with Jess. Many pics of her kids beds never have sheets.

Double post but still watching the vlog. Landen is looking more like Kyson IMO. When he was sitting on Chris at gymnastics, I could just see Kyson but blonde... anyone else?

Honestly Chris is starting to grow on me and I think it was really sweet of him to get those things, he really loves Jess and knows how important YouTube is to her. I thought it was cute how when he said that he also got the camera to film more of the birth. Gabe and Drake would of never done that for her. However I do think it was a bit mean of Jess to ask Chris "what's the catch?" Geez Jess, maybe Chris wanted to do something nice for you?

Oh, maybe I didn't see it like that, but I do agree with MamaJo, Jess is not use to being with decent guy. I can see why she was head over heels when Chris would mail her cheesy letters when they first started dating lol. I think that besides Gabe, Chris is the only guy to treat Jess right.

I agree a lot with what has been said. I am glad Jess found someone who treats her as she deserves. I didn't think he would be able to put up with her but he has been great at dealing with the punches. He has also treated Landen as his own which is huge. I know he should spend more time with his own kids but as far as Jess goes I think he is doing pretty well

I personally like Chris too. I think he comes across as "creepy" occasionally but I think it's just that he is very awkward around the camera. I would be the exact same to be honest. I'm not comfortable around the camera at all. He really really does love her, you can tell that by the look in his eyes whenever he looks at her. It's the exact same way my husband looks at me and everyone comments on it with us too

Chris is starting to grow on me honestly. He can be extremely immature and rude but it is obvious he loves and cares for jessica and her kids. He's an amazing father to his sons as well. Again he is kinda creepy but he's starting to make an effort

He's definitely growing on me. You can tell he loves Jess and the kids. She's glowing with this pregnancy and I think it's because she's with the guy she's supposed to be with.

i feel kinda sad for jess. this is the first time she'll be giving birth to a child that was conceived while married and have a faithful, loving, supportive husband there with her the whole way through. with lilia, gabe was a scared teenager who (if i'm remembering correctly) didnt even tell his parents about the pregnancy until almost half way through. he couldnt get jess prenatal massages and spoil her or be there for her like an adult man (like chris) could. then they broke up a few months later. drake only married her cause she was pregnant and he thought it was "the right thing to do" (as he admitted in his exposing video of jesss), cheated on her so they weren't on good terms when she delivered the twins, then left her right before she gave birth to landen. if jesss had realized that she had rushed adult expectations on young boys who were not ready for what she wanted, and had actually waited for these things, she could've had a happy, supportive, loving husband by her side every time she had a baby. instead, shes on her 5th baby and 3rd baby daddy, yet will only have this experience once. it's all she ever wanted and she kind of ruined it for herself and created a mess in the process of trying to achieve this.
i also think its sad that she thinks a man like chris is rare. most grown adult men who have already made the life long commitment with marriage and who get their wives pregnant will act the way chris acts towards her. shes only ever been with young guys who are too immature and not at all ready to "settle down" the way she wanted them to. she's almost always gotten knocked up out of wedlock, so the guys she was with were not expecting it or ready for it. had she just been patient with her relationships, she wouldnt have had such a hard past with men. it's sad that whenever chris does a "husband-y" thing she has to say "sorry ladies he's already taken, not brothers either!" like, most husbands are like chris. it's not that impressive that she finally has that.

I just watched the video and I think they are genuinely happy. I am happy she found someone. We all joke (me included) about the next baby daddy but I hope they work out. They seem very good together.

Yeah, I'm pretty surprised at how thoughtful that was of Chris. He's starting to grow on me (though there's still something seriously messed up about whatever happened with his ex-wife). I'm actually really hopeful that this will encourage Jess to relinquish some of the obsession to control the everyday "image" of her family. He will hopefully want to capture the more organic moments

I'm also now quite shocked at just how behind Kaden is developmentally. I really hope she's taking him to a specialist soon. Can't understand a word he says at nearly 4 and a half...
