It's a possibility. Noah's siblings have autism and one has downsyndrome. But downsyndrome doesn't work like that. In the genetic sense. There's a possibility he could definitely. I'm not sure if he has downsyndrome tbh my little sister has downsyndrome and they look very different.

He looks like his dad. He has a flat face just like his dad. Also, autism can't be seen by looks. It's a possibility that he is autistic, but I don't think he has down syndrome. You can't really compare him and his sister, each child develops at their own pace. He could have developmental delays as well, but again we have no way of knowing for sure

OK. I do not think Jack has Mosaic Down Syndrome. He may have features that mirror features of the syndrome. But markers for genetic conditions can also be found in a certain percentage of the "normal" population. i personally do not think that Noah is bad looking, but he does have some different looking features. I think Jack has inherited some from him and with Caitlan's features mixed in, he has his own unique look. If a child has almond shaped eyes, before thinking a child has Downs, you have to first see if one or both of the parents have almond shaped eyes!

She has said it. He doesn't talk nor walk. She would post 24/7 videos of Ariana's milestones as a baby
