One of Missy's favourite stories is how her ailing and crippled amputee grandmother requested to hear her play the piano and it would always make her feel better. It was even her last request before she went into the hospital when she died..... seriously.

Of course Missy would want a piano. Missy rarely shows emotion it affection for anyone, but I do believe she loved her grandmother and has fond memories of her. I'm not surprised they got a piano. Seems less frivolous than a lot of the other things they've bought in the last few months.

That's hilarious that he got her a piano. I mentioned when Idaho came out how I had never seen a musical instrument in their house, and now they have a piano. Surprise guys, you actually have to take lessons and practice in order to use a piano.

Yeah pianos are expensive, but for a family that is musically oriented with kids in music lessons, a piano is a great addition. For these people, not so much.

Never gonna happen, and we all know Missy is far FAR too busy to take lessons, I mean her day is so jam packed with hair and makeup and shopping and starbucks, when would she ever find the time? Ollie is the perfect child and would never have to take lessons from anyone, he will just be a genius on the piano like his dad will be, just pick it up naturally.. And whos Finn? Makes me wonder.. All of the "special" gifts Bryan gets Missy here lately have been centered around her grandmother. The ring, the piano... Coming from anyone else i would find the gestures sweet and heart felt, but with these two i don't feel it. I feel like Bryan is once again trying to make Missy love him by giving her things that remind her of someone else so loves more than she ever will him. Does that make sense? Like hes hoping that if he showers her with gifts that remind her of Grandma, a little bit of that love might rub off on him. Is he jealous of how she feels about her grandmother? Or is this truly just him being a sweet guy and i'm just overthinking it bc of who we are talking about?

Anyone else think that Missy knew about the piano and pretended to be surprised? How did Bryan get it in the house without her knowing? Also, she clearly stated she hates surprises when they were taking her outside to see the flag but did not say that when coming to see the piano.

I have 3. I wouldn't really call it favor but I give a bit more attention to the baby then the older ones. I love them all the same.

I'm the same. I have two girls. 3 year old and 9 month old and I give more attention to the baby cause she's attached to me most of the time.

I think she can play a little, she did a scale in the vlog today and my hope is that she gets lessons (it would be fun to see) but I really doubt she does.

As Finn was trying the cake you hear Missy saying "this one is better!" Why? Bc she made it, or bc its chocolate and everything that Missy likes is better than anything else? I laughed when he hated that cake too. lol

After actually watching the vlog, maybe Missy does know how to play a little. Here's hoping it actually gets used, other than prerecorded songs. Bc if not they just bought a $12,000 - $20,000 (?) stereo in the shape of a piano

I just watched the video, I can see where Bryan was going, however there was way too much footage of the kids (I'm assuming the little girl is missy 'saving' Bryan from the monster), and all of a sudden we're dealing with teenage Bryan getting kicked out by his drunken step dad. I felt like I would of liked more footage of their teenage selves than the kids going after the monster if I'm making any sense...
Also missy looked bored the entire video. Lol
