If Caitlin doesn't feel comfortable in her own skin then gosh darn it her daughter isn't allowed to either. In all seriousness though, I do hope that's only lotion or something in the bag, and not makeup. It is horrible to be teaching a young girl that she needs to wear makeup to feel comfortable or accepted. Let her be a child, and if she chooses to wear makeup in the long run then that's fine, but give her time to be the innocent, worry-free child she is.

Girl that's what we were saying - getting ari to hold her bag and taking a picture to look like they were shopping at sephora just seemed like a weird thing for a three year old on a girls day is all, and who knows is she does buy ari make up or not.
