W T F! How fking vain is that? They are kids, who cares, they are not going to fashion shows. Make sure they have enough and clean clothes who cares about matching? When she made that awful photoshoot nothing was matching, those clothes do no fit their wardrobe.
If she wants to simplify the problem, because it seems it's too much for her neuron, just wear only black, it will match the funeral like atmosphere in the house.
Don't know why but it kinda ticked me off.
The app was named "Closet", I think you might find Jared there.
I'm not giving her a view... match how? That makes no sense at all.

I guess "individuality" and "personality" are swear words in the Franke house Image.

Maybe I was a bit confusing, not match the clothes with everyone else but with what each has.
So if she buys Russel a new tshirt it should match what other clothes he already has.

Ruby: "okay russel, here's the camera. Now I'm going to go outside. Make sure you lock the door behind me and then pretend to film nollie!"

It seems like Ruby figured out how to make a quick buck off of Kevin's decision to buy Shari an iPhone.

She's the kind of girl I would've smacked in school...
I thought than why do you have the app Shari?

Exactly. And then she puts the camera in the fridge and pretends to be surprised when she sees there's no milk.

Donuts wrote:So this a wild theory.. but has anyone ever considered that maybe Julie isn’t (biologically) Ruby’s kid? Like, I almost feel like Ellie could’ve given birth to Julie or something as a teen- and the Griffith’s being as religious as they are, wanted to cover up the fact that Ellie had sex before marriage and so the oldest sister took the baby in and raised her as her own? That would explain why she’s the outcast of that family and why Ruby always seems so annoyed by her. Plus, Julie looks exactly like Ellie and Calvin. Crazy theory I know, but I’ve been watching the entire Griffith’s family for a while now and this theory came across my mind the other day.
Could be why Ellie doesn't spend as much time with Ruby

They are very holier than thou people. I may be the only one but I'm not a fan of shari. Our personalities are completely opposite. She will grow up to be just like her mother. Her comment about people on her team sacking, and not cheating like the other kids ect she would drive me nuts. She also made a comment about wanting to be grown and not wanting to be a kid anymore and also that she is going to force her kids to play piano. I see so much Ruby in her.

She's too high and mighty for a 13 year old. Ugh. I hope she straightens out before hs or she's gonna loose some friends.

Yeah Shari is 13 going on 30, but I think she's still a good girl. Her attitude can be explained by hormones, she's in the middle of puberty. I'm gonna give her a chance because I really wish I could have been mature like her in my teens.

I agree, there's definitely hope for her. I think a lot of personality comes from being the oldest of 6 and her history of being forced to mother her siblings. She has a lot of those oldest child traits and they've been maximized by Ruby's half assed parenting. I hope when she gets out of the house and loses some responsibilities she can lighten up a bit.

Who asks their child if they watch Netflix or Hulu on the Potty when they see the apps while recording a convo for the Internet? I might be a little crazy for mentioning that, but that's a little silly in my book!

You don't want to know what teens were doing when I was in grade eight. I learnt too much that year lol
I'm surprised she's encouraging it. Are mormons allowed to date?

as an ex Mormon, i can honestly tell you, they do not have the good morals and standards they want you to think they do. as we can see with shari, bright red lipstick, mini skirts, wordly obsessions with fashion, boy talk, but then they claim modesty. you want to see modesty look up a united penecostal church woman. theyre feminine and modest, the kind of modesty that mormons including the griffiths always brag about having...

I grew up Methodist..so I'm always sure that other religions have it "bad" when it comes to dating and modesty. Thanks for clarifying. I think the biggest thing about dating is making your kids aware of sex and temptation..I feel like these "cultish" (not trying to offend) religions don't do that well.

All of this is normal teenage behavior. They experiment with their identity. They experiment with their sexuality. They're self-centered. And "boyfriends" and "girlfriends" in eighth grade are friends who hold hands in the hall for a few weeks until they "break up". Big deal.

OH GOD! Lots of kids in the comments are begging Shari to do a "First Period" video. Some app she has on her phone is supposedly used to track menstrual cycles for teens. I really really really hope Ruby doesn't get her to do that for views.

Please no, seriously!

I bet she'll make Abby do it when it happens because we already saw her first bra purchase and a "puberty already?!?" vlog, which are some of their most popular vlogs so I really don't think Ruby will miss that opportunity to exploit her daughter for views.

Ruby: "The insides of me have been anxious, like knots in my stomach - like what if I turn on the camera and all of a sudden the kids decide 'this is the day I'm gonna stand against a wall and not do anything.' "

Ruby just said so much in that sentence. Her kids putting on a show for the camera is the sole reason her channel makes any money. Ruby gets extra cash and an ego boost, but how do the KIDS benefit?
