No she doesn't.. they do not count his income if they live together and aren't married in their state. His income means nothing. It's crazy but that's how it works. They count her household as her and her kids. Ean & his income are irrelevant to the state. Which you'd think it'd be the other way around because they'd want as many people off of welfare as possible that don't need it.

Oh no I don't either. Didn't mean to imply that. I'm just saying if that's truly the rule in her state (and others) that a boyfriend who's helping support the kids doesn't count toward household income, food stamps could easily be misused if a couple kept separate accounts. Not Britney specifically.
