That many cups makes perfect sense with their life philosophy. You know use and throw away rather than wash, re-wear, re-use, etc., because spending money frivolously is their thing.

The professional dog trainers I've seen all say you can't send your dog away or have someone else train them. They need to have a relationship with their owner, and that person needs to know how to handle them. Dog training is as much for the owner as it is for the dog. Luna can come back
An absolute gem of a dog, and B&M will ruin it in no time.

One point about E&Js dog though, Jared had a livestream the other day and Penny was jumping on the furniture and trying to steal Jackson's food. She also ran out the front door and got away from them. They have definitely been training her, but she is still an out of control puppy too.

While I don't like E&J at all I can't fault them for that because even with training puppies will be puppies. My pup is 7 months old now and while he is getting a lot better about that stuff it does take a lot of consistent training, and some dogs never stop trying to bolt out the front door even generally well trained ones! It sounds like they at least are trying, doesn't seem like DB are at all

I know, that's normal. My point was that this isn't what we see in vlogs at all. We can praise their training, but they haven't done anything over and above what would be normal and reasonable. To watch the vlogs you would think Jared is Cesar Milan, but in reality he had absolutely no control over her in the livestream.

Ah fair enough, I haven't actually watched an E+J vlog in a while! Plus I am comparing to DB who can't even manage what would be normal and reasonable... That makes sense though considering the whole perfect family image thing I recall E+J being obsessed with

Missy was mad at Luna for peeing on the carpet, but if you listen closely you can hear her whining and she was looking around for a place to go. She should have recognized those signs and put her outside, but obviously vlogging is more important.

When Missy was practically crying over that stupid prom cup I was just shaking my head at her. These people have absolutely no perspective. As a mother who's experienced pregnancy loss at 23 weeks I try to keep things in perspective about material things. I remind myself it's not like losing my daughter's ashes, footprints or ultrasound pics. Those things are irreplaceable. Then I also think at least I have the memory of "xyz," because I never got to create memories with my daughter. I know they are almost 5 years out from losing their sons, but these are the things you don't forget. Some things are never healed with time. I wonder if they do still think of their boys and just not share it, or like everything else if they've just moved on and take it for granted.

Too late to edit, but every doggie training camp in the area says they take 2-4 weeks. Some say 2-8! A "couple of days" to train a dog? They're dumber than a bag of rocks if they think she's going to be home in a few days.
And one kid asked Bryan to come perform at his 11th birthday party. Then listed his address. Where the HELL are this kid's parents?

I agree that it's very lazy. She said they travel too much to keep up with the intense training they need and she chases and bites the kids and needs to learn not to do that.

Maybe it's a sign they shouldn't have more pets. Dogs don't need "intense" training at all. I trained a husky quiet easily. Maybe they should focus on their pets, instead of taking 20 thousand vacations a year.

Oh how did you train him "quiet" I would love to train my reactive bull terrier that command.

Missy said something like "we will see him in a couple of days" or something like that, I didn't bother to watch the whole thing but the stupid click bait thing worked on me and I watched this vlog lol. I still think it's going to be a couple of weeks but have no clue, we have trained all of our dogs we have ever had (even worked 40 hours at the time)

At the end of the vlog Bryan says they miss her but they will see her in a couple of days. I took that as they would visit her. There is no way the dog could be trained in that short amount of time.
