what bothered me the most, was Finn car seat straps where too loose.

So too small clothing is fashionable now?? He doesn't look cool, he looks uncomfortable and like his parents don't know what the hell they are doing..Cgl33 wrote:I disagree that Ollie crying would be "serious separation anxiety". Kids his age cry sometimes when left at preschool or with a babysitter.
I remember looking up their church one time when Jeff tagged it on Instagram. It's a huge church, which probably explains the safety precautions. That's a good thing, but definitely different then the churches I've attended.
Ollie's shirt was so small on him. I think they like him in too tight clothes because they think he looks cool, like a hipster.

Yeah i was going to say the same, it smells like gas, but not overwhelming. Not enough that it ever concerned me... My husband always used to open the back door of the car and talk/play with the kids while we were filling up, when the kids were smaller.DBExOG wrote:They're not that strong at all (at least by me). I'm genuinely shocked that Bryan had the door of the truck open. I cant think of anyone that would do that in England, (and i could be wrong, sorry if anyone does) but surely the fumes are too strong for anyone, and certainly children of the boys ages shouldn't be exposed to it??

Re: DailyKingsandQueensofLie-daho (Part 80)
Why can they not teach Ollie inside/outside voice??? He's SCREAMING the entire time he's in the toy store. My god please teach your child how to behave in public!! Tossing toys in the isle and just leaving them there.. Make your kid pick them up or pick them up yourselves. If my kid acted the way Ollie was in the store he would be in the car with no toy period.
Anyone hear the teacher at Sunday school saying Ollie was promoting their YT channel during class? Wonder who taught him how to do that? Wonder if he was yelling "PRE ORDEN DADAS ALDEN!!!" at everyone too??
EVERYONE REJOICE MISSY"S MILK WAS FINALLY COLD FOR THE PRINTHESS!!!

He can put his whole arm in there with all that space! All these vloggers seem to disregard car seat safety rules.PosyGirl72 wrote:what bothered me the most, was Finn car seat straps where too loose.

So poor Finn isn't deserving of having his own room, but Ollie is? Ugh. I wonder why they prefer Ollie over Finn.lmmomSD wrote:And now they're getting flooded with comments saying "She said the baby's room! OMG, she's pregnant!"100midas wrote:Another new member here. Anyways, did anyone notice that they changed the title of their "LAST VLOG!!!!" to say last vlog of year 4? I guess they got tired of being flooded with comments from sad 9 year olds who don't really watch the videos.

And on every other vlog, "when are you going to have a baby?"
What is this obsession with babies? When I was a tween, I only cared about babies as possible babysitting money. I certainly wasn't obsessed with "celebrities" having one.
There was one comment, saying "Don't make Ollie share a room! Finn can share the baby's room! Let Ollie keep his own room!" And it got a bunch of likes. Even the minions favor Ollie!

Re: DailyKingsandQueensofLie-daho (Part 80)
So I've been watching DB since Ollie was about 6 months old and I used to love them.. until they got the new house. At first I was happy for them and thought it was well deserved but the more I watch, the less I like them. It makes me sad that they NEVER thank their viewers, the closest they've come is thanking YT but it still didn't even seem sincere. I've been reading on here for months now (this is my first time posting) and at first I thought everyone was just being over the top about them but seeing as all the predictions you make on here turn out to be true, I get it now. I'll admit that if a ton of money fell into my lap, I would buy a new house and take a few vacations but I would also make sure both of my kids were set for the future (but what do I know. maybe they have done that) I just can't wrap my head around some of their pointless purchases. The truck was what did it for me, I had to unsubscribe finally. The way they talked about it made it seem like it was like buying a freaking toy or something. "Oh we needed to borrow a truck a few times so we just got our own".. as if it cost $10 or something. UGH. You got a truck so other people can borrow it, seems like they love the power, it's just weird. I feel like the younger viewers think this is how life works, you want something, you just go out and buy it but no.. that's a huge purchase. Something most people spend years planning for. My daughter is 4 and I finally got an SUV (used) this year, I had been lugging around 2 kids in a 2 door civic until now and I managed just fine. Not everyone is so privileged. I used to wish I could buy my kids whatever they wanted but NO. I don't feel that way at all anymore. Me and my husband sit down with them and play, we go to the park, we bake together, we read to them every night, we spend TIME and listen to how their day was. Which I now realize is much more valuable than some stupid toy they get bored of in a few days. I hope the kids watching understand this at some point. sigh.

Re: DailyKingsandQueensofLie-daho (Part 80)
It's psychological I believe. They see that Bryan and Missy seem to prefer Ollie over Finn and they emulate it in the comments. It's like if you see someone you idolize about bananas over apples, you're more likely to buy bananas over apples. Commercials do it all the time.pllfan5 wrote:So poor Finn isn't deserving of having his own room, but Ollie is? Ugh. Seriously they must get so annoyed with Ollie though, his poor voice is obnoxious ! He's always yelling!
I honestly believe Ollie can't go to sleep without watching a movie before bed and then going to sleep. He's always carried to his bed!!! That seems like a seriously problem!
I guess it's not any better than when they put a projector in his room that reads to him since they were too lazy! Ollie was like 1? Lol! They also used to let him fall asleep with the iPad.
I'm loving Ollie yelling things out loud kind of lol they CUT A LOT out when he's yelling lol! Probably because he's talking shit about his parents
So why didn't we see what they bought the kids at the store? Probably because they filled up their whole cart. I think Ollie didn't even care about the toys lol

The truck should have been turned off though. Ollie should not have been able to continue to watch his movie.DBExOG wrote:They're not that strong at all (at least by me). Re: DailyKingsandQueensofLie-daho (Part 80)
I hit up their end of the year floor model sale where things are usually about 50℅ off. I wish I had more pieces! I would understand if they weren't buying "forever" furniture if they have small kids, but you know they spent a fortune on that low-quality Restoration Hardware junk. At that price point they could have purchased items with some craftsmanship. I have plenty of high and low pieces, but I would never spend top dollar for low quality. It just makes them look so undiscerning. I don't like to use the term nouveau riche, but it perfectly sums up Bryan and Missy's spending.tml43 wrote:Room and Board is my jam! Re: DailyKingsandQueensofLie-daho (Part 80)
I don't think they want to face the fact that this good fortune just fell in their lap because they happened to be at the right place at the right time to ride this strange wave of family vlogger popularity. To admit that means that their paycheck could also dissapear at any moment based on the whims of their viewers. They want to pretend they succeeded because of hard work.
I think the main reason they don't come across as humble is because they don't want to face the reality that their success was a lucky accident.
If they were smart they would recognize this reality and stop spending like a rookie NFL player. They also don't come from a background of basic financial literacy, let alone managing large windfalls. They didn't set up a retirement account until AFTER they purchased their million dollar home and only because it was a sponsorship opportunity. I set up my first 401k right out of college with my dinky $30k annual salary before taxes, only because I took some finance in college and because my parents stressed the importance of saving. I am highly skeptical that they even have a real financial planner. It's the blind leading the blind over at the Lannings household.

Re: DailyKingsandQueensofLie-daho (Part 80)
Bryan says "we told the kids if they did good we would take them to the toy store" - ummmmm okay Ollie is a brat on a daily basis but you still take him all the time anyway so why would today be any different? I feel bad for the all the kids that watch their channel - they probably drive their parents crazy saying things like "Ollie is eating out in restaurants for every meal" and "Ollie is getting a new toy everyday" - it's the same thing all the time!! They know people hate on them for it too so they keep trying to justify reasons for going and coming up with excuses as to why Ollie "deserves" a new toy - what about just saying thanks for finally listening to your parents for once!!
The stupid video montage with Ollie shouting everything that ofcourse Bryan was telling him to say was beyond ridiculous - I'm really sorry Toys R Us for the obnoxious family you had to encounter today, and pretty every day since that is all they ever do Bryan got a lego set that is for kids ages 8-14...yup...it's right up your alley Pillsbury Also - it would have been great if Missy found a shirt for Bryan that said HEY BOY hahaha

Re: DailyKingsandQueensofLie-daho (Part 80)
I've had old episodes playing while I clean today, (the first days after Ollie was born) and I miss them in that time so much! They were themselves. They talked about their days and what was happening and worries and fears and mistakes. They thanked their viewers daily, they just did normal people stuff! I wouldn't dislike watching now if they just opened up and vlogged normal stuff! I know I'm among the few who don't hate them, but I would just really love to see them just be a family and vlog the everyday stuff again. Talk about upcoming plans instead of hiding and "surprising" etc. le sigh.

I go to a pretty large church and the strobe lights in worship and check in counters for kids are normal.
Ollie and Finn's shirts were so out of place, especially for church. I don't know why Missy insists on dressing them like teenagers.
They let Ollie stay up watching movies until he passes out, then wonder why he's falling asleep in public all the time.

They're at Disneyland again! This my friends is why all these little kids love them. Disneyland, Hawaii, toys R Us, eating every meal out, huge parties. This is what every kid wants in life and the lumps give it to them.
Funny how none of those kids ask about the guitar, boosted board, drone, etc that they got never to be seen again.
$10,000 for a refrigerator that didn't even get good reviews is stupid. Milk won't stay cold if you keep opening the refrigerator to get ice and water.
Typical lanning logic, "if something is the most expensive = the best" If you lived in the real world you'd know that isn't always true.
If they have that craft room downstairs, why does she always have crap everywhere? Wonder if they've got it set up for another bedroom.
When they had the Johnson's living there, where did they all sleep?
Strange to film the whole church deal. Was it to prove that they were really there? Since we know how much they lie. Most people would show the before and after like Cullen and Katie do.
