I probably sound stupid because buying houses confuses me lol but isn't it possible she just saved a lot of money for a large down payment which would lower their monthly mortgage? Or is that not a thing lol

Yupp! You are right... Hopefully they have been saving for awhile/saved their wedding money (Im assuming most ppl gave them money) towards a downpayment. The more you put towards the downpayment the lower your monthly payments are OR you can keep your monthly payments the same and have the house paid off quicker.

This happens to be a major pattern in jess life: moves into a new home, gets pregnant after a month or two.

Yup. Time to start making bets on when Baby SkubeDoo number 2 will be due, what her excuse will be this time, and what holiday/birthday she'll use to announce her pregnancy.

On the bright side though, hopefully whatever they bought has enough rooms for all the kids. The house they were renting didn't have rooms for 2 of the kids. And it's funny since she said they wanted to stay at that house for a while. I'd think it's easier to rent than buy so hopefully she didn't buy a dump

Just watched the house fire vlog and I feel bad for lilia for having to sleep on a sheetless mattress yet AGAIN. It just seems so neglectful and unhygienic. How hard is it to give your child proper bedding to sleep on? I doubt jess would ever sleep on a bare mattress, so why does she make her daughter do it.

Also, I hope jess branched out into the photography industry. I think it would be good for her and she'd probably excel at it.

Now I'm wondering how many rooms the house has. We want a 3 bedroom house and in the city we live in (we want to stay here) the houses are $600k+ for a small 2/3 bedroom 1 bath house.

I'm happy for them for finally buying a house. As much as I despise Jess and Chris, becoming a homeowner is an accomplishment. I just hope they take good care of said house and not allow it to become filthy since they're owning it instead of renting it. I'm predicting a pregnancy announcement on Mothers or Fathers Day, maybe Fourth of July at latest.

And changing a diaper in a booth is disgusting! There are much better solutions than changing a baby's poopy diaper in an area where people are eating! Change the baby in the car, or make a makeshift changing station in the bathroom.

I looked on zillow, and searched the pending sales there were more then I expected that were 3 bed 2 bath for under 300,000

But if she was smart it was a 4 +bed room and those ones are 350,000 in bad areas and then 400,000++ in the better areas

Kyson is so freaking sweet. It's adorable how much he loves his mom! Happy that they're finally buying a house instead of renting. Let's hope it has at least 6 bedrooms.. One can hope.

Good for her for buying a house. Honestly it's around the same if not cheaper (at least here) monthly to make a mortgage payment then paying rent plus it's actually going towards something she will own even if it is a little more

I'm glad they are buying has anyone thought maybe Chris inherited something from his dad passing? I know they had that go fund me set up for treatment but he could of had insurance policies, work in death payments endowments payable on death maybe that's how they are funding some of the new place?

I could not agree more! The fact that Chris was changing Addie in the booth or a restaurant where people are eating is REPALSIVE. If a restaurant doesn't have a changing table in the bathroom take her to the car and change her. Common sense much?

Ugh yup. I didn't even know what mattress protectors were until I was 19.... my mom never used them, so I had no idea... Effin GROSS!!!!
Jess is a pig. I bet that rental property looks like crap when they leave.
Ugh and if they bought a house with like 7 bedrooms, can you imagine what it will look like? Puke....
I hope she at least got a space with two family rooms, one as a playroom with the amniotic fluid couch, and hopefully they get a new couch..
for the next baby I hope she's smart enough to labor on the old couch and not get rid of it.
Shall we place bets on if she will get a new rug?
Also isn't Lilia kind of getting to the age where she should be getting a big girl bed instead of that ugly princessey one?

C+T get a bunk bed/ Landen gets a bed
Twins get 2 beds in one room
Lilia gets her own room
And of course Princess Adblock gets the biggest room in the house, right next to Jess and Chris.
That's 5 bedrooms, definitely not a stretch.
However it would be nice for the twins not to have to share, change things up a bit for them.
And god it would be great if Tommy and Caden could at least have their own beds. I hated staying at my dads when he lived in places I had to sleep on the couch.

Part of me hopes they at least got 5 bedrooms, but 7 bedrooms would be WAAAAY too many for them to not only afford but handle as well. So here's hoping.
Also I bet they got a place with a garage for Mimi to stay in

I think every child getting their own room is a long shot. That would be 8 bedrooms. I think it's fine for the twins to share. In my opinion it should be-
Lilia, Landon, Addie, Kyson and Kaden, Tommy and Caden. That would be 6 (including jess and chris).
Tommy and Caden already have their own beds now anyway, they have a bunk bed in their room.
I think it would be smart for them to give T&C a little bit of a bigger room and maybe give it a double function, since they are obviously there the least!
