See, that is gross to me. A house full of kids one who has a sleep condition (what're you going to do if she has another episode and everyone is drunk and not thinking clearly?) plus... I just wouldnt feel comfortable waking up in the middle of the night knowing my parents were all drunk downstairs with their friends, they definitely still can have fun but it seems this is an ongoing thing???

Wow its crazy to see the differences in housing, Im in ontario canada (not Toronto) and here 300-400k would get you a townhouse 3 bedroom, 4 bedroom max. anything more than 4 bedrooms is considered more on the luxury end and prices are above 500k. Unless you buy something super old. And lets not forget theres a lot of maintenance when it comes to houses so she shouldn't just buy the biggest (as in size) piece of shit at the cheapest price she can find. And seriously with the amount of kids she has its ridiculous that she buys 3-4 bedroom homes, thats just crazy, even when they were renting their old house it was way too small for them, bigger than her moms house but still.

OT, but seeing how inexpensive houses are in other parts of the world is really depressing. I am from Toronto, and a four bedroom house here would cost a million dollars easy. More than that is just plain unobtainable lol.

Ya toronto is crazy expensive, I heard no one really lives near down town toronto. I heard places like florida are super cheap (mainly cause theyll be under water in idk how many yrs) and some places in california. Although I have friends in california and their standard houses are only 1 level which to me is so small cause im used to basements and upper floors, ive also seen more expensive houses with more bedrooms/basement but theyre way out of jessicas income.

Plus I thought the banks became tougher on giving out mortgages after the stock market crashed, I heard before you didnt even need to put a down payment in the US, which is insane.

Yeah if you qualify for a usda loan, you don't have to have a down payment. My down payment was only 5%, and that seems pretty low to me. I live in Oregon and I bought a house for $150,000 and it's a 3 bedroom.

Thank you, exactly my thought! I heard the "Lilias final school" comment after I posted my rant about her moving. I think I know her thoughtprocess on this. When she talked about breastfeeding a newborn again, because "it's been so long" I noticed she has a much different perception of time than most people on this board do. Landen wasn't even two and he stopped nursing the same year Addy was born, but still, to her it seemed like forever ago. She probably believes herself when she says that she'll be in that house forever and that Chris and her are going to last until old age, since he's been with her for more than two years! To her that most likely seems a solid proven relationship, so it's ok move into your "final" hoome.

I fear they are one of those young stupid adults who think that you can get anything, if you loan it and you'll make it work together. I had a few of those people in my family, some managed it really well, others didn't and had lots of debt, once the -you guessed it - guy was gone and they were - you guessed it - unemployed. They can't even get a contract for a cellphone thanks to their mistakes as young adults, I hope Jess never has to go down that route.

Not that I want to beat the dead horse that you all hate but I wasn't on the forum when the last "who should sleep where" fest happened and I kinda want to get my bit in on it because being an only child I never had to deal with it & I want a large family so I often think about this:

Lilia should be on her own, 100%. If AdRev gets put in with her it'll just be chaotic, Lily is getting older and in the room tour Jessssssss posted she had a LOT of hiding places for things "to keep her brothers out", and I can only imagine the novelty of having a sister will wear off if they have to share a bedroom.

Kyson and Kaden should share. I second what another poster said about their bond - they've been together from day one. My friend is a twin and her parents split her and her sister up into separate rooms when they were 7 - and they ended up sleeping in each other's rooms anyway because they liked being together. There's no issue with the twins having the same room at all.

Tommy and Caden should share but I also think their room should be dual purpose i.e. Have desk space and serve as a homework room or something (though Jesssss has been looking at playroom stuff on pinterest so maybe she has a spare room in mind for that already?)

Landen should share with Addelyn. Landen seems to adore her and they're probably going to be super close, as well as them basically already sharing a room/bed now. PLUS when they reach an age where it's "inappropriate" (i.e. if they want to have their partners over, puberty etc), then by that time there's a chance Lilia might not be at home anymore so one of them can move to her room, or if she's still at home then Addie could THEN share with her. As you get older an age gap matters less and they'll probably be close when Lilia's in her late teens and Addie's hitting 10/11.

I think your suggestions are perfect (if they bought a place with that many rooms, that is). However, I wouldn't be surprised if they room Ed with Lilia instead of Landen, because SISTERS~! And of course Princess Addelyn cannot bare the sight of a room that might have BOY toys in it, right?

It's sort of funny to me that this is their announcement because I am supposed to sign the contract for my first rental with my BF next week, and we have been together since before Jessica and Chris knew each other....

5% isn't bad, we have that in Canada too, but you have to pay for insurance which is like 15% of the cost of the house that's added to your mortgage.

And this may sound mean but I think Lilia should start living with her dad, the living arrangements with Jessica are not ideal, especially when she gets older and needs more privacy. She could do visitation with Jess. I think when Lilia gets older she may prefer that, at her dads house it's just her and Logan. She can have her own room and have more room for all her stuff and no one would be touching her things, you can tell she doesn't like her brothers touching her stuff cause she said she hides some of her things. Like can you imagine a middle schooler sharing a room with a pre schooler or in high school sharing with your 6/7 yo sister

I really hope Jess has a backup plan in mind in case YouTube dies out a lot sooner than intended. Honestly, even if she maintains her popularity and views throughout the upcoming years, I hope she'll learn what's appropriate and not appropriate to share. Lilia is going to be 7 this year. In a couple years she'll be hitting puberty and unfortunately, I can already just imagine Jess sharing personal info about Lilia that does NOT need to be shared with the entire world. (À la the boob comment last year...)
