It just blows my mind how Jess makes these stupid decisions without thinking about the future. Houses are expensive, plain and simple. There's so many expenses on top of the mortgage, and he YT views are already going down since Adderal's arrival, except when people fall for that stupid click bait. I don't see her lasting much longer on YT. People are getting bored of her and starting to call her out for her bull shit more and more. And we all know that she has no backup plan. Once her YT income dries up, which I have a feeling is already happening, she is absolutely screwed. You can't make a decent living these days without a college degree, unless you have another skill like cooking or construction or something. I hope Jess at least is smart enough to have a nice chunk of change stashed for when something like that happens, but I highly doubt it since it's Jess the hot mess.

Yup, since she's so adement that Kyson is like Drake, I'm surprised she hasn't thought about one, or more of her kids go down the same route as her and/or Drake. Nowhere in hell could she afford her children the same luxury that Mimi afforded her. Let's not forget, accidents happen, even if they weren't itentional, that makes one grandchild and teenkid to take care of. Add to that three boys who could potentially end up with somebody like herself as a girlfriend (who would most likely puncture wholes into condoms just to get what they want) and that makes a lot more grandchildren and teenparents to take care of. I'd say Addy is the safest in that regard, because often times younger siblings learn from older siblings what you should do and what you should avoid.

I wish Gabe would fight for 50/50 custody of Lilia, or even more than that. He's her best chance for a bright future with no teen pregnancies and an actual college education. I think any judge would see that he's the more stable parent and can offer Lilia the best life.

But that's the problem, it's not just on her, it's on her and her family, especially in her case, the last thing she needs is to end up in severe debt, without a house and nothing to fall back on. She probably has more loans than one, if it would just be the house, there you go, but nobody can tell me, that they bought the two cars without some kind of loan. You don't just buy a house around the corner, it's still a big investment and a commitment for the future, since she probably can't pay for the house in cash alltogether, so until she payed it off, she ownes nothing.
Like I said I know some people who made that decision, so their kids can have some property to fall back on, but only in one case was this successfully managed. The others either screwed themselves for life and their kids pay the price, or they have to work so hard to pay off enormous amounts of debt (I refuse to call that sum a loan anymore) that collected over the years, that they are short of snapping. That's why I'm so critical of her and was from the beginning that rumor was circulating.

I also know it's easy to afford all kinds of stuff, when there is the possibilty of loans, creditcards and mortgages, but I saw the downside of this and I think of it like flying on a plane: Most of the time it's a breeze up in the air in fluffy clouds, easy and quick, but if something goes severely wrong, you know shit is going down.
