Chris could have been blonde as a child. My husband was blonde/dirty blonde as a child and is now brown-haired, and we popped out a very blonde little boy almost two years ago (let me go cry in a corner now that he's almost 2 ). My best friend growing up was the same way, very light blonde and now brown as an adult.Jwhite_momof4 wrote:Gotta say.....for all of you saying how much Addie looks like Chris.....I just do NOT see it!!! And I've tried. I don't see Chris in that girl AT ALL. Like, to the point where I have wondered if Chris is really her father. I just do not see any of him in her. I think she definitely looks like Jesss. But even when I try really hard to see Chris in her.....I can't.
And also....where the hell does the blonde hair come from? Because if she's not a red-head, shouldn't her hair be brown since Chris's hair is Brown? Like, Addie's hair is very blonde looking. If Chris really is her real father, where does the super light blonde hair come from?

It's always shocking to me when Jess posts a picture of herself without the million edits and filters she usually uses. In the pic on snapchat with Chris she looks about 40.

Buying a house is really one of the smartest things Jess has ever done.Yogabbagabbat wrote:Blackswan wrote:Buying a house isn't just the mortgage every month. It's paying water, gas, electricity, trash. It's the maintenance. The plumbing. Repairs. Restoring. Updating. Maintaining the grass/bushes/trees. Home improvements/renovations. Renters pay half of those monthly bills already though.
I don't see what repairs have to do with being a messy person. Just because she leaves crumbs on the carpet doesn't mean she's going to be okay with having a broken toilet or something
There are tons of trashy people that own homes and they're able to manage..
Everything you put into a house you can get back in equity.
I am sorry I just dont see the argument saying she isnt ready... who the fuck is ever ready?! You never ever have enough money. You never have enough time. It is basically like making the decision to be a parent, you can always find things to stop you.

Considering she has at least 5 biological children, and doesn't clean, she should wreck her own home. And she might surprise us, people act differently with things they pay for themselves. It will be interesting to see how she handles owning a home. I hope it's a sign of maturity but lmao
Re: JesssFam: Facing Reality w/ Daiquiris & Taco Bell (Part
I'm sorry, but that really is a lame excuse. Sure there are plenty of things that could come up, most out of your control, but it doesn't mean certain decisions have to be made right this second cuz "you're never really ready". Buying a house and all the expenses that come with it with unstable income isn't the brightest decision. If Jess has waited a few more years, she could have (hopefully) have some sort of degree as a backup and maybe even some work experience. Most people here agree that YouTube income isn't stable and she's relying completely on it. Hell, even paying off multiple car loans with YouTube income would make me nervous.WheresMyCoffee wrote:Buying a house is really one of the smartest things Jess has ever done.Yogabbagabbat wrote:Blackswan wrote:Buying a house isn't just the mortgage every month. And I'm not even sure how the entire home buying process works, but my fiancé and I aren't even considering it until we've saved up a hefty amount and I've finished school. We want to establish ourselves a bit more before we take that leap. It's not unreasonable for people to think Jess should've done the same.

Why are you assuming that they're purchasing the home on jess' income? Chris has a job...Mamafirst wrote:I'm sorry, but that really is a lame excuse. While she probably should get her degree & a job, I really doubt that's going to happen. But plenty of single income families are able to purchase homes, so why can't they?
Re: JesssFam: Facing Reality w/ Daiquiris & Taco Bell (Part
Because it's been said here before that Jess brings in a decent amount of money. And the only thing we know about Chris is he worked at Amazon some time last year or before? I don't know if that's still the case, but I don't see him qualifying for a home big enough for all of them on his income.Yogabbagabbat wrote:Why are you assuming that they're purchasing the home on jess' income? And I have quite a few friends my age (24) who own their own home. The difference is most of them have a stable job and some of their partners are almost done with their degrees. So yes, there is no problem with owning a home on a single income. But they aren't relying on YouTube.. which was/is my biggest issue with it.

I know this is a gossip site but that's exactly what it is..a bunch of speculation. No one even knows what chris does for work or how much jess really makes. You can't take what people have guessed about her income and run with it like it's a fact.. We don't even know what their house looks like yet. It's not like they live in an expensive area.Mamafirst wrote:Because it's been said here before that Jess brings in a decent amount of money. I just don't think it's fair to assume they bought it on jess' income when we have no idea what chris even does for work
Re: JesssFam: Facing Reality w/ Daiquiris & Taco Bell (Part
I'm only going off on the little bit I know.. which is usually what's done here on a daily basis. Assumptions are made all the time. Yeah, Chris could have a really good job, or he could have something pretty basic like Amazon. I've just always found it weird Jess, who shares everything, has never said what he does for a living. It's never been said that he's gone to school or is skilled in anything so I'm just going to assume he never did go to school or knows a trade. Wrong of me? Sure, whatever, but plenty here have assumed dumber things. And if Chris were raking in the dough, Jess would find a way to brag about that.Yogabbagabbat wrote:I know this is a gossip site but that's exactly what it is..a bunch of speculation. People on here assume things about the kids and relationships based on what they've seen with their own eyes. I don't think it's wrong of you to assume anything, I just feel like we don't know anything at all about their incomes (even jess' $). so I just see it as a completely wild guess when talking about their finances.Mamafirst wrote:I'm only going off on the little bit I know.. which is usually what's done here on a daily basis. Yeah I get what you're saying. Maybe I'm just a bit skeptical because of the fact that Chris moved in with Jess and her mom at the beginning of their relationship. It just struck me as kind of sad. Like he was in his mid 20's with no place or anything and was willing to move into that circus house? He never seemed well off. And the fact that Jess has moved in with her mom every time her relationship tanked just screams to me that's she's not as well off as she wants us to think either. I think they both benefit off of each other's income.Yogabbagabbat wrote:People on here assume things about the kids and relationships based on what they've seen with their own eyes. I think Jess moved back in with her mom because she can't stand to be alone. She moved from her and Drake's rental house back into Mimi's house the day Drake broke up with her. That's not a financial move, that's a person who doesn't know how to live without an SO. And whoever is giving Jess and Chris a mortgage obviously considers YouTube a stable income, otherwise they wouldn't be approved for it. I don't think YouTube is just going to "go away," and even if certain vloggers become less popular, many of them are with networks who want to profit off of them and could probably still make money through sponsorships even if their subscribers tanked.

Lol! I think we're both in agreement that whatever house they end up purchasing is going to be sold anyways when they do split up hahahaMamafirst wrote:Yeah I get what you're saying. Probably? But I also don't think for a second people are going to be watching her nearly as much as they are now when she is in her mid 30's either. Which I do think matters.
