I looked at the listing again and it doesn't say 2 living rooms. It says one living room and one family room with 2 dining areas.

What is the difference between a living room and a family room?

It doesn't show pictures of it all it only says this in the listing write up part.

How do we know for sure it's her house?

I found one that's around $300 000 and it's got the dark carpet and white walls she posted on her snapchat, and it has 6 bedrooms. It's also a fixer-upper.

This looks like the room she was posting on snapchat that Landen was painting in, and if so... this house has 6 bedrooms. That would be good for their family.

When she was painting with Landen in that snapchat she said "your room" so I'm pretty sure it's more than 4 bedrooms

You can tell it's her house from the exact carpet color. I don't want to break any rules on here I don't know how much I can say.

That 6 bedroom that you see is in a bad neighborhood it's why the price is very low for it in addition to needing fixed up.

Unless I'm looking at a different 6 bedroom house but is the one you see have blue carpets? I see one for that price but in a bad neighborhood with dark carpets but they aren't blue.

I found her home on realtor.com (I'm not trying to be creepy I just really enjoy looking at homes ) was super easy to find and it's a nice home 301k too! Good for her, she may be a mess but she's taking a step in the right direction

so her house has 4 bedrooms. She should have bought a house with more bedrooms since there are 7 kids.

I guess it will be something like:

-master bedroom
-lilia & addie
- twins + landen
- tommy and caden

How do you know which one is her house for sure?

It has blue carpet and it was sold on 3/2 (the day she closed ) lol

I'm 99% sure and I mean it even has the same sold date and what she said was in her last vlog. How many houses would have "blue" carpets not dark carpets but she said BLUE

Ah okay. I didn't see that one with the entirely blue carpeted house, yuck. lol

It's too bad she probably isn't moving into a 6 bedroom fixer-upper, that'd be great for the kids. (current and future kids hahaha)

As much as I wish Jess got a 6 bedroom house I would much rather see her move to a nice neighborhood in a 4 bedroom house rather than buying a 6 bedroom house in a gross bad neighborhood for the same price.

She has a lot of work to do. Those carpets are ugly and the second thing she needs to fix is that ugly humungous rectangle light in the kitchen. This house has lits of potential but needs some work in the interior. The outside of the house is actually very nice.

well just look at the houses sold on wensday when she closed the deal. There is only one house that has the blue carpet like we saw in her snapchat.
