I was looking at the other recently sold listings and there's one for 321k with 4 beds, 3 bath and 200 more square feet and it's really nice! For 20k more, she could have gotten so much. Fixer uppers are nice to buy, if you're that kind of person, however. Jess is not. She has 5 (sometimes 7) kids. They have no time for remodeling. They should have bought a move-in ready home instead of a fixer upper. They're going to update some minimal things that they had in their Lowes cart and then that's going to be it. They're not the right people for a fixer upper.

I think Florida is a very cheap place to live except for certain areas in Miami or Palm Beach. If you look at central Florida it's dirt cheap.

i was surprised reading the kkandbaby section when people were saying they couldn't understand how they afford to buy a big house in Orlando FL. That is dirt cheap there. Same with most southern states like Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky ect. it's not only southern states that are cheap to live in but also the majority of states in America such as Ohio, Idaho, Utah, Montana etc etc

Yeah, and the prices of larger homes, and homes in general, in Modesto are very similar to house prices in many lower cost of living places in the South.

I think that Jessica made a bad decision buying the home she did after seeing how much more similar priced houses in the same area have to offer.

I thought they were moving to get a bigger house with more bedrooms for the kids, but they're still stuffing 7 kids into 3 bedrooms. That's ridiculous. So Lilia and Addie are gonna have to share one day. On what planet does Jess think Lilia will want to share her room with someone 6 years younger than her. Those poor kids have no space or privacy. I'm back to thinking she's an idiot for buying a house.

it's not like you can add on bedrooms as you please. If the yards as small as people are saying there probably isn't even room for an addition. Plus addition's are expensive and you need approval from the city.

I don't think he has his own room. I know she said "you're painting your room" to him in the snap but all three of the boys could call it theirs if they're sharing it.

-Lilia (and eventually Addie)
-Kyson and Kaden
-Landen (and T&C when they visit)

I hope they'll give Landen his own bed this time around.

Reading how much houses are in other places is scary !!! My husband and I own a 3 bed 2 bath on 1/2 an acre that we rent out and we paid about 50k for it. Lol it was a fixer upper but worth it. We also build a 4 bed 4 1/2 bathroom home with garage, entertainment room kitchen and laundry room for 120k. Each room has its own bathroom and then there's half a bathroom in the garage. I live in Texas lol
