Painting walls and having someone fit new carpet is just redecorating, any of us who have really renovated a property know all the work involved, so it will grate on me if she's hardly doing anything and going to drag it out for views and call it renovating. I don't think ugly decor matters but the size doesn't look great for her family. If she'd stopped after the twins they could've lived in a nice area with a nicer property and a better life for them all, but her poor choices ruined that. Anyone should be proud to buy their first home but she's calling this their forever home and squeezing 7 kids into 3 bedrooms after 7 years of youtube so i don't think it's that much to be proud of. I don't know how much income she gets from YT but if she'd said it was a project for the next few years until they can afford to move to a more suitable property for her family then that would sound more hopeful. Let's hope she doesn't have anymore kids or she'll have 3 squeezed into every room and teenagers with no personal privacy or quiet to study.
Totally agree with you. I have a 5 year old boy and another boy on the way and we still plan to buy a 3-4 bedroom home. Even with only two boys they will still need their own rooms for privacy as teenagers.
I don't know how they are going to organised the house ofr when the kids get older, for example I don't really imagine a 16yo Lilia sharing a room with her 10 yo sister... (even worse if Lilia follows her mother's example and gets pregnant )

Totally OT, but I wonder if Jess remembered to get the fish out of the toilet tank (the only space for them) before they moved out of mimi's house. I'm having flashbacks to the beta fish they got and named after Frozen characters. Poor things.. What happened to them?
It may be a good thing they don't get a or of privacy but knowing Jess if they come home with a boyfriend or girlfriend she'll make the other kids leave so the couple can have "private time" ugh

Lol, guys.. I made a joke a lonnnnggg time ago that the toilet tank was going to be the only place their fish would fit in that hellhole of a duplex, y'know, back when mimi and her husband moved into the garage and built their own apartment in it to get away from Jess's brood and we joked that they'd be better off in the camper out front. Haha. When Kally and Joel were brought up, it made me think of those poor fish.
