I wanted to bring up the sharing rooms debate.

My sister and I shared a room for majority of our lives and frankly it had more cons than pros. My brother got his own room and I tried to bribe him to trade but he was aware he had the better deal. Finally getting my own room was a god send. But at this stage Jess had more kids than brain cells so she never thought it through. I was lucky the last time we shared it was temporary.

Personally if I was in this situation with two step kids that came once a month (?) I would have

Lilia having her own room
Landen having his own room for now
Twins with the biggest kids room with two bunk beds or two trundle beds so C and T can share.
Addi I would either stick with Landen til she's older and see if she wanted to share with Lilia.

One day Lilia or the twins could easily just ask to live with dad in their teen years to get away and have privacy.

Anyway, the house is nice, definitely needs a lot TLC.
If she wants an idea for that room under the stair I say a book nook. Or pull a Harry Potter and stick a kid in there lol.

I just hope she knows that now she bought a house when shit goes belly up with Chris she can't just haul ass out of there.

Omg I agree with this room situation! She could totally just get the beds with pull out beds under. Would make the room more spacious. But I doubt she'll do it cause she's the queen of idiotic choices. I know she'll never update the house either. She'll prolly get pregnant again and use that as an excuse.

I'm happy that Drake celebrated Landen's birthday. Hopefully he continues this.

The house isn't spectacular, but it isn't bad? I don't really see why so many people think it's awful. Where I live you couldn't buy a shitty tiny apartment for that money, let alone a two-story house. I mean, really who cares if it's kind of dated? Houses always get dated eventually, and no one could possibly afford to do renovations every few years. idk, I grew up with money and in a house much larger than Jess' house. And maybe it's because my parents grew up very poor, but they never renovated unless they had to. As a result, a lot of the rooms looked very 90s (when the house was built), but it was still a really nice house.

Like if the worst you can say is that it's dated, is it really that bad?

I get that in some places you can buy huge mansions for that price, and maybe it's because I grew up in a much more expensive area, but I'm impressed at that house for only 301K.

A dates house is no problem for me, and I think this one isn't bad. I just think there's not more room than in their previous home, three bedrooms for seven/five kids, one bathroom among them all...
Those kids are going to be teenagers sooner than she knows. They're going to need privacy and they won't have any.

Also, people on YouTube are complaining the camera had a fisheye effect that made them feel dizzy watching the video. I didn't notice cause I watched it on my phone and didn't bother going full screen. Anybody feeling dizzy?

Also you guys the brown carpet on her snapchat is the new carpet. They put the carpet in before moving in. One smart choice she did. Ugliest carpet color ever but way better than the blue.

If jessss is going to make her three boys share a room, they should be in the master. Bunk beds and a twin bed. They'd have enough space, room and closet wise.

Lilia should get the smallest room (one looked tiny) as she's the only one not sharing for now. Princess Addie whom held deaths hand will of course also get her own room. And then Tommy and Caden's room of dust.

IDEALLY it should be twins / Lilia / Landen and Addie, and then when Landen and Addie get older Landen and Lilia should swap. But Jesssss is never going to make her pretty princesses share a room

This house is... definitly not fit for her family I guess. The bedrooms are so small (and no I don't think the "master" closet could be change into a bedroom if you wanted Jess). I knew, because I watched the photos some of you posted here, that the house was outdated (and that's true it needs some/a lot of work) and I know it was very likely to be a 4 bedrooms house again but I didn't expected the house to be so small. I am thinking of buying a house in a year or 2 (before having kids) and I know I want to, at least, have a 4 bedrooms house (I want 2 kids, maybe 3) and I plan, when they are younger to have my kids sharing a room (because I learn from sharing with my sister) but I definitly want them to have their own space when they are teenager (because I appreciated to have my space when I was around 15 yo) so I am confused about Jess choice ... If a bedroom is big enough, even if 2 kids have to share it, they can still have their space but these bedrooms are REALLY small so I don't see 5 (or 7) children there, even worse when they get older, I mean imagine a 16yo Lilia, 2 14yo (Kyson and Caden), a 12yo Landon and a 10yo Addie in this house (crowded right!?) Now you had a 16yo Caden and 15yo Tommy (not sure of their age xD) that's not possible!! Of course it's highly possible that by that time Jess and Chris would be divorced (I am not really optimitic for they relationship) but it's also possible she will have more kids by then... Anyway, even if they stay together (big if) and if they don't add more kids (another big if) I don't see how they are going to stay in this house as the children grow up... Maybe they could change a living room into a bedroom or something...But it's probably where Caden and Tommy will be... Noo, let's be honest, the house is too small, it's not something that can be fixed...

She made a very poor choice in only gettinh a four-bedroom house and there's no room on that lot for any kind of expansion in the future. I honestly do feel bad for Tommy and Caden they should have their own space when they visit there on weekends and a lot of the summer and they should feel like their dad's house is their house and that's not possible in that house they'll be stuck in the living room or playroom because it's unrealistic to give them space in the bedrooms, for right now Lily shpuld have her own room the twins share and landen has his own room. As for Addie she can stay in the master for now but it's going to cause real problems when she too big for that and yes you can share with Landon and switch to be with Lilia when she's older but when Landon 10 nd she's ready to go to Lily's room she'll be 7 sharing with a 14 year old and that will suck. Literally a five bedroom house would have been enough ( lilia, addie, landen tommy caden, the twins, master)and I find it very hard to believe she couldn't find one but she's impulsive and doesn't think..... idiot

People would still have probably found the house tho. IT doesn't take that long to find anybody's house these days if they are a youtuber, which is kinda creepy.
