I totally get what you're saying. I haven't watched her channel for long now (started jut shortly before she had Addie) but it's possible not sharing the home buying process was a security thing. If she was smart it would be anyways lol. If she shared she was in the process of looking for a home it could have made it easier for people to find it? Although I will say, if that's the case, she totally ruined that by mentioning the blue carpet. Especially since they replaced it before moving in. It took me 5 minutes to find their home online. I just wish she took the safety/security of her kids more seriously I guess.

I don't mind the house- I think it's just going to need a good clean, few touch ups and a bit of renovation. I would consider maybe making another room, make it a guest bedroom for the time being.

Is there a reason why some of you think she can just abandon this home if/when she feels like it? lol she owns it now and houses aren't THAT easy to just sell and unload unless you're super open minded with what you're willing to take for it. Shit, it's not even that easy to get rid of a car you don't want (and still making payments on, duh) unless you're willing to be upside down. I know she doesn't have the best track record but I'm pretty certain that she's stuck with this home for at least the next several years. Then I could see them upgrading. And if they divorce, well then...I think their only options is to sell it and split the profit or refinance and get it just in her name (assuming they're both on the mortgage). Honestly the former seems more likely because I doubt he would force her and her brood to sell it and uproot their lives. I mean my parents had a nasty divorce and my dad still wasn't that heartless and psycho. Plus he'd still get some pay out from refinancing. Anyways lol my point was yea, it's not gonna be that easy for her to just up and move back to Mimi's like she's done in the past.

I dont think even one person here said it would be easy for her to just up and leave... That is the main point most people who have been against her buying a house have made that with her track record she cant just abandon ship if her and Chris break up....

Idk if it's different but where I live in order for a room to be a bedroom you have to have a window in it.
But part of me still thinks Jess would turn a closet into a nursery she's that weird

I don't think that makes it a "forever" home. It just means she's likely to stay in the same area while the kids are at school - which if she didn't then everyone would be up in arms over that it was unfair to Gabe and Drake, and stupid to leave the family support she has especially if she ever intends to go back to school.

This is a picture of a kitchen in a house near me. Its listed at 650,000 but will probably go for more. The rest of the house is tiny. Im over here jealous as hell that you guys live in areas where housing is affordable.

Agreed , you wouldn't get anything in central London for 300k, upsizing is for the rich lol .

That's why I moved near the coast , better quality of life and a double sized house for less , which means more money and why comes with it , holidays and the like .

So the pink "girls" room is right next to the master. The green "boys" room (K&K and L?) is next to that. So the furthest bedroom from the master is left for T&C, maybe? Maybe they intentionally didn't paint that room and are letting them choose the colour.
