What do you think makes this house priced at 340,000? While I see it was remodeled, the yard is in fair condition and other reasons made me wonder how they got to this price. I thought the renovation was just ok. The kitchen, at this price point, I would have expected more.

Especially where they live. If it was in SoCal, I would understand, but it seems high, especially because people are saying it's in a bad neighborhood.

I think maybe they were duped. First time buyers without a ton of knowledge who had to buy soon because of their brand deal with Zillow. I think the area is being gentrified. There are nicer homes, more expensive homes close by. I'm thinking Austin and Britt think they live in an up and coming neighborhood. They pretend to be hipsters and hipsters love that type of thing. The renovations seem to be mostly cosmetic outside of the master bathroom. I wouldn't be surprised if the house needs a ton of repairs.

They seem stupid enough to get duped. That house looks extremely old and probably full of problems. Too much money.

Ever seen "The Money Pit" with Tom Hanks? That's what I think of...

I think the house has potential. Old homes are beautiful and worth the time/money BUT you definitely have to be aware of that.... hopefully they had a home inspection. If not, they are absolute morons.
The kitchen has alot of potential. The exposed brick is nice and it is a pretty big kitchen. The thing that bugs me th most isnt the house (because, to each their own. I would rather live in The Nulls' home than Ellie and Jareds) but the fact that they have all the kids in the attic. It just makes no sense. They could make the boys "room" the guest bedroom and have the kids sleeping on the same floor as them.

Oh, don't get me wrong-- I love old homes. I would rather have this one than E&J's too. For my dream home, I am torn between a Victorian and a Craftsman bungalow. But it's definitely "buyer beware" with older homes, and I think you're better off if you are handy. And I don't get the impression that Austin is...

That's the problem. Most people, myself included love the charm of older homes, but if you don't have the means to restore and update it, then it just becomes a money pit like someone mentioned. The Dad is useless, he can't even put furniture or the kids toys together.

So far i've seen a unfinished hazardous backyard, a huge crater near the front walk way, a spooky dungeon basement, and that water faucet problem.

Thy havebeen showing the neighborhood/outside more in the last few vlogs and that does NOT look like a hip/up and coming neighborhood.. It looks like a dump.
Also, they seriously need to be fucking careful when showing the outside of their house. God, why do these vloggers NEVER learn?>

I reallly hope they didnt pay more than like $269,000 for that house. Its hard for me to guess because I dont know where they live and I live in Canada so Im sure it is different but based on the area and the work the outside/yard seems to need, age of the house etc... That is all I'd pay.

I am 99% sure it was more like $374.

I live somewhere around the area, I am trying to figure out the general area because I can't figure out why they would choose that house, I am wondering if it's near the District (which is kind of hipster but definitely not kid friendly) but I can see them choosing it because it suits them and not the kids. For that price, they could have gotten a much nicer house (still a fixer with character) and in a much more kid friendly area.

Did it bother anyone else when Brit said that painting nails are only for sissy? I don't get the big deal is if Kai wants to get his nails done! Getting your nails done shouldn't be for one gender only. I'm not saying how to parent THEIR kids because I don't have kids so I wouldn't know. Some people it might think it's nothing, it's just the comment kinda just irked me... :? :?

Haven't seen the video but I used to work at a preschool and there were lots of boys who'd come in with their nails painted. They'd also play with dolls. No big deal at all

Wow, I haven't watched the video but damn: Austin's car "broke down" so he was waiting on the side of the road, eventually a cop shows up and says he is going to wait with Austin because of the shady neighborhood they're in. Guess what was really wrong with his car? Someone syphoned the gas out!!!!

Does he not know the difference between "broken down" and out of gas? Didn't the little gas tank warning light come on? I swear, the longer people vlog, the dumber they get. It's like the camera sucks the brains right out.

It seems like they picked the absolute worse neighborhood. If they can manage to sell that place, they should do it as soon as possible. This is the first vlog I've watched in a while and it's amazing how nothing has changed. Audri doesn't want to be filmed. I can't unsee Austin with his fingers in his ass. He still obsessed with Chipotle.

I know right, the last video I watched was like a blast to the past. They went to Target, Britt did a Sephora "haul" in the car. She got all "organic natural" products. Austin had to buy a special brand of water from Starbucks! Then when they got home they had Chipotle for dinner. It was as if I never stopped watching them haha they haven't changed a bit. Well except Audri, she is such a diva now because of Austin and the camera

No it didn't bother me, I was glad she didn't go down that road with her SON.
