Listing photos can be soooo overly edited its redic. I actually LOLed at the fire bc they don't even have gas logs hooked up in there. I've seen listings photos with fake landscaping, fake lighting.. the ones that get me the most are the overly dramatic sunset skies.. it looks soooooo bad. I'm glad they didn't do that with their photos.
Is it a working fireplace since I don't think is natural gas? I think the photos were edited, but I really believe this house was always larger than it appeared and you can now see this. I hadn't realize home photos had become so edited to include sunsets, but with todays easy way to edit photos I guess I could see this happening. This house is also not that old, has some very nice features and it sounds like it is a very good location. I wonder how many people will go to their vlogs to see how it looked over the years or how they maintained this house?

I could easily see redoing that kitchen to include a center island and oh gush, the backsplash. I am ready to take mine out now that I see it in another kitchen lol.

I had no idea the front of their house looked like that lol (you know how you get an idea in your mind?) I totally pictured a different look. I think the rooms look great, I would have maybe straightened the shower curtain in the bathroom (that drove me crazy) but the house looks spacious.

I thought the same thing when I saw the front! I was thinking "Wow, I didn't know it was so nice!" The inside always looked so cramped, and I just personally didn't like the paint choices (thought the dark purple made the room look way small). Just my taste, nothing against theirs. But now it looks really pretty! And the front is nice.

If I were them, I wouldn't move. The house looks great and it's already located in a good school area. I would just get rid of the stuff they don't need, slap in a kitchen island, maybe replace the dining area with the family room and make their family room the play area. But I hate moving, and the house is nice and not too large (I also don't enjoy cleaning lol).

The house looks just beautiful. By the looks of it, they have half of their stuff moved out already. When they buy their new home, I'd move the stuff from their home in first. Then I'd try to be selective about what else I put in the new house. I imagine it is a whole lot easier to keep your home up when you don't have a lot in it. I'd say their home has curb appeal and $269k sounds fair to me.

I will be curious to what they upgrade to with what I think is a possible problematic channel income. I heard the 'were so close to five hundred thousand' again which is crazy they aren't there and is a bit of a red flag. They seem frustrated with this number game.

The wide angle lens makes the tv in the spare bedroom look ridiculously large. Maybe they could have taken it from a different angle? It looks like the tv covers half the room. I also thought they should have written something on the blackboard wall in MG's room or cleaned it better. It looks messy in the picture.

The wide angle makes so many things look strange. Especially in the kitchen, take a look at the one taken from next to the table looking into the kitchen, the backsplash next to the back door looks so crooked because of the lens.

The kitchen ones look so bad.. I hate to say it. The one taken from the corner of the kitchen closest the the sink, facing the archway into the living room.. It makes that archway entrance look like a flat wall, makes it look really really strange. It's great if they want to use marketing ploys like this, but the realtor or the person taking the photos REALLY needs to learn how to use the angles to their advantage, bc these were not great..

the layout isn't great for kids..i actually HATE the layout of this house, its so closed off and separated. plus, they have said they want more kids, and sure they could share rooms, but if they want to split the kids up then someone winds up in the basement. I think this house is great starter home for someone with a small family, but if you have more than 2 kids things get complicated. Someone else talked about the back deck/backyard situation too, its just not a great house for kids.. IMO anyway. I think if they are comfortable buying something they should jump on it, they are going to do nothing be get more crowded in this house.

They 100% are avoiding being at home right now. I noticed yesterday that there were no toys in the playroom/office when they closed the vlog. I'm thinking we are going to see lots of vlogs out of the house until the house sells.

I would hope that they realtor is having a fair amount of open houses and showings since they want a quick sale.
I don't blame them for not being home, if I were moving with two little kids and needing my home to be show ready all the time I would avoid being there too!

I don't blame them either! Keeping the kids out of the house means less mess to clean everyday before showings!! I'm glad they are making the effort to stay out of the house so that the realtor can show it basically anytime she can. They are motivated to get it sold. I expected this. It's not out of the ordinary.

Before they bought the house it sat on the market for 5 months with constant price reductions, I hope this isn't how it is gonna go for them.

I wonder if most people looked at the house and could see that it would need a new deck and roof soon? Cullen and Katie bought that house quickly and seemed surprised when it needed those repairs.

It isn't that old of house, but I would anticipate it needed a new roof at some point. Was the deck in bad condition? When they bought the house, it was during a difficult market where home didn't sale fast and now things have changed. I thought they were priced well, but I am not a realtor and I don't know the area.

Have people already forgotten how hard it was to sale a house from 2008 to 2012 or later. I wonder if they got the tax credit for first home home buyer that was worth thousands.

Didn't they replace the roof recently? Or was it just a repair?

They had to completely replace the deck and roof. It's likely they were showing signs of wear when they bought the house. The deck shouldn't have needed replacing so soon, but apparently it was falling apart. I assume the previous owners didn't take care of it or maybe it was poorly constructed from the start. It should have lasted at least 25 years. They replaced it 2 years ago? I can't imagine anything they did or didn't do to it within the 3 years they owned it caused so much damaged that it would need completely replacing.

With all the cute stuff Gaines did today, why did they have to use her crying in the thumbnail? So tired of vloggers doing that.
Wow-- full on breakfast of bacon, eggs, hash browns, _and_ a strawberry crepe? No wonder Cullen has that dad gut! Yeah, I am being mean, but that's just ridiculous. If he ate it all, it's getting gluttonous, and if not, it's wasteful...

I love C&K but god, the past two vlog titles have been super clickbait-y.
