So, I never post but I was trying to find tayler's ig or something because I can't get the tapatalk link to work and the third result''s preview said, "...throwing and choking Tayler Herron..." So I clicked it and saw this. It looks like it's from October of '16, but it may be from their most recent incident; there isn't a date specific to the hearing it is describing. I don't know the dates of her recent drama, pregnancies, w/e, and haven't followed much lately. I just started reading again today and was trying to catch up. Anyway, this is what it said, below.
"Charles L. Herron Jr., 25, Lang Street, East Liverpool, was fined $975, credited to a day in jail, sentenced to an additional three days in jail, had his license suspended for 180 days and required 60 hours community service for OVI first offense, failure to control and domestic violence for throwing and choking Tayler Herron on Jan. 3."
If this was the outcome the last time Chuckie was in legal trouble involving Tayler, he may actually get in some real trouble for these current charges. I'm surprised he didn't take the plea he was offered, I'd bet money he was advised to accept it. I live about 20 minutes from them I think and let me tell you, judges here really, really hate when a defendant comes Infront of them with multiple domestics involving the same victim/complainant. They immediately 'side-eye' the guy, I swear.
