If she was that shocked and outraged by it, o rally doubt they would mention it in the vlog and bring it to people's attention. Addressing it sounds like a form of damage control in case that info were to be discovered. If she truly didn't know because she hadn't put the proper time into researching places, then how could she just move Luna from one trainer to another new one so quickly again? Makes no sense to me, but then again, I treat my animals like children, and wouldn't send them away to be "trained" when I could do it myself.
As we said here when she was first sent away, most reputable trainers caution AGAINST those that say you can send the dog to them and they will return them trained. The owner needs training just as much as the dog does so that doesn't work.
I agree. I think she knew full well what would be involved. I just think, that when it came down to it, she wasn't able to do it herself. Neither one of them are capable of being the "bad guy" when it comes to discipline. I think she was fine with the methods the trainer used, but was shocked that the dog didn't come back trained, and that she would also have to use those techniques.
I'd bet all my internet money that they sent her for more training because she barks a lot, and they'd catch hell if anyone saw a bark collar on her. If she comes back with a raspy bark, we'll know that her "training camp" was de-vocalization surgery.
