I'm not a professional dog trainer, so I don't know much, but I don't think correction training is appropriate for her. She's an intelligent breed. There's no need to use correction training on her...is this the same trainer who said to keep her tethered up 24/7? I wouldn't be surprised if he uses the same techniques on every dog he gets, from pit bulls to pugs.

DailyDukeofDouche&PrincessMisery (Part 84)

Missy and Bryan are just effing lazy. That's what it boils down to.

I have three kids, a Husband who's barely home and I still managed to train my pit bull and golden retriever (both breeds that are on the higher side of energetic) myself without sending them off.

Guess what? I have two dogs that listen to me and don't run around with a pre-made potential noose around their necks 24/7.

Hey Missy, Bryan maybe don't have anymore kids or get anymore pets, it is crystal clear to everyone here you're not even qualified to own a pet rock.

They did zero research into the trainer, figured out that he was using choke/pinch collars on the dogs, along with "correction" based training. When Missy finally figured out what he was doing they were about to (she said they hadn't yet, idk if i believe it) start with a shock collar so she fired the guy. Now they are at another trainer/boarder who uses positive reinforcement which missy didn't even know existed.
If they really didn't research, that's ridiculous. My dog is my kid. I would research any person my dog would temporarily be alone with.

They could easily be lying, and I almost hope so, because I hope they're not that stupid.

She's just making up an excuse as to why they are doing additional training. Rather than saying "Luna needed additional work and we found a place that will board her for a month so we aren't inconvenienced by having to work with her too" they decided to bash the first company instead. It's all lies.

I was watching older vlogs yesterday and saw the one yesterday from Feb 10th where they talk about how Luna has graduated training. They were bragging and giddy about it, and saying how it was the best thing for their family because she's "now a fully trained dog."

Clearly B&M weren't continuing with the training techniques and she kept relapsing whenever she'd go home. The fact that she's now gone again definitely makes me think something is up. No way they get a cute little puppy and then so willingly choose to have her spend her entire puppyhood away when she could be in the vlogs making them money with her cuteness.

Exactly. I'll be shocked if they don't end up just getting rid of her and getting a cute little bulldog puppy instead.

"Ollie that bite is way too big for you!!!! hahahahahahahahaha..." first off why the hell is he eating with a spoon so big he can hardly fit it in his mouth (it looks like a damn serving spoon!) and secondly.. MAKE HIM STOP BRYAN BE A GOD DAMN PARENT!!!! UGHHHHHHHHHHH

Whatever the reason for the company to ditch the trip was completely M&B fault, idk what it was, but Bryan's tone and the way he was acting "it was something minute" SCREAMS guilt. damn i want to know what went down! Maybe they saw how miserable they acted in the videos of the sponsored Hawaii trip and realized they didn't want these assholes representing them? They wanted to bring the whole family (he mentions "the whole family") and the company wasn't having it and Missy couldn't bear not going without mommy?

Why didn't they research the trainer before they hired him? Would they not have known that the trainer was going to use choke/pinch/shock collars if they researched the trainer? So did they just find the first one in the book and went with it? How sad.

How many times are they going to mention that the trip was cancelled?

Lol, for some reason I find it funny that they still have fans asking about Zuri.

Lots of weirdness in today's vlog. Missy did no research, doesn't surprise me. But how did she not know positive reinforcement training existed?? That's the first thing most dog books/articles mention. These people.

Interesting that they chose to address the dogs and the boys being barefoot in today's vlog.

Like all of you I'm also dying to find out the real reason the companies pulled out. Sadly it'll probably never come out. I don't know why they're so depressed, they literally said they had a million other trips this month (and they do every month anyway). I definitely get being sad about a cancelled trip but they should stop and look at the bigger picture. And like someone else mentioned they have "friends" going through REAL struggles, and they don't even acknowledge them.

I just do what my mom always did with our dogs:

Praise them for good behaviors

Correct and redirect for negative behaviors

It's takes time, patience and consistency. Something these idiots aren't familiar with.

& sometimes you do need outside help, but I would go for a trainer where I could be present during the session and have my dog leave with me. I wouldn't send my dogs away.

For the love of 8 pound, 6 ounce tiny infant Jesus I didn't even know you could do that until these teenagers with drinking permits did it.

& someone should inform them that no matter how many times they send that poor dog away if they aren't consistently reenforcing the training she will regress, but hey, if lighting your money on fire and watching it burn is your thing than by all means continue on Moothy and Brobro

If Missy didn't know positive reinforcement existed, then doesn't that just leave negative reinforcement?

I absolutely believe she knew what techniques they would be using. She's just covering her own ass in case someone figured out what had been going on.

Who's genius idea was it to give this kid a spoon bigger than his mouth? I love how Bryan just sits there while Ollie takes that gigantic bite and doesn't even stop him, he could have choked on that. Yeah...these two are totally #ParentingGoals (excuse me while I barf)

I saw the infamous doctor scene, Missy brought Finn back to the car - I have to admit I probably would have done the same - however, I would have changed his clothes before I left the house, and I would have asked them for a pager and taken my stroller with me so that I could walk around until it was my turn to see the doctor. Missy's brain just doesn't work at that level (clearly) since she's so used to doing whatever she wants.

The BIG NEWS of the day - they aren't getting spoiled with a freebie so they are bummed out....who cares?? They go on like 10 vacations a year, do they really need another one? Bryan saying how Ollie will be so upset is ridiculous - like he doesn't care about anything! Just give him a sucker and stick him in front of a disney movie, he won't know the difference. Finn was in his pajamas all day long...poor thing...then they just make him go outside in a diaper - how typical. I'm not even going to say anything about the dogs - these two shouldn't have any pets at all, they can't even raise their kids properly.

I thought Missy had talked up this trainer as a friend of the family and someone that their family used. Either she was lying then or she's lying now. You'd know that your family friend and family's dog trainer uses a choke collar and shock collar.

The pic of Ollie with the spoon, is that a cat scratch on his arm?
