Yeah apparently she was making calzones (with string cheese? Idk if that's an American thing, in fairness) and she takes a big ol' bayleaf and just tucks it right in the top of his. So sad she didn't show him eating it!

Forgot to mention, when symphony does comment of the day at the end did it look like she had been crying to anyone else? I remember during their blooper reel Nia pushing her over and over to do one of those "we love you and remember to x" gags and her getting upset. Makes me wonder if she was struggling to read the comment, what with Sam having to speed it up and all.

Symphony just had socks on? They're such rednecks. They need to stop her climbing on thag counter too, she's gonna fall one day.

Sam equating depression to FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out). WTF! Depression in most cases is the exact opposite, self isolation and the desperation of feeling unable to be sociable or join in. I'm disgusted he's putting out bullshit like that to young viewers.

I was nearly screaming at my laptop. Depression is not wanting to socialize or go out at all. His brain is so backwards and his thoughts on that balance beam was a very good example. I think he actually believes his children would be too afraid which might be true the way Abram screams and cries at everything, but a normal minded parent wouldn't take the chance with that gamble out of fear and love for their children that an accident might occur. His behavior is frightening lately and I really think Nia needs to step in and get him evaluated and medicated but someone that narcissistic about his medical degree would never do it this is why it escalates and just goes on and on with the mania.

I'm pretty sure nia put basil in their dinner, not a bay leaf.

Calzones with string cheese are definitely not an American thing, lol. Redneck thing, maybe. Don't know anyone who cooks with string cheese! That's for snacking.
Real passive aggressive of Nia with the bay leaf. But I guess that's the only outlet she has!

But still, a whole leaf just stuck in there is pretty weird. At least cut it up and sprinkle it around.

Sam and Nia were not cutesy with each other in person. They were bickering. I can totally see Nia being passive aggressive with Sam. It's all a big scam with these two.

The person who saw them at Great Wolf Lodge said the exact same thing. Sounds like they bicker a lot and it's not all sunshine in the Rader household.

I asked the Great Wolf Lodge person this too, but no answer. Could you tell what they were bickering about? I'm morbidly curious

No, but Nia seemed really irritated with Sam. There whole communication just seemed off. I think Sam is always looking around for his audience.
Sam reminded me of a guy that I went on a couple of dates with years ago. The guy was always scanning the room to see if he was the best looking. By the second date I could tell he was very controlling & that the opinions of strangers really mattered to him. It was weird and kind of creepy. Does that make sense?

It makes perfect sense. Men like that are vain and self absorbed, and constantly looking for validation. Sam has always wanted to be a celebrity. It's quite pathetic. Run like the wind from men of that sort! ;)

I thought Symphony looked sad and subdued, as well. Poor thing. Then the camera cuts to a beaming Nia (at last; she got it right!).
Nia is no cook, that's for sure. I always laugh when people beg her for recipes and say she should start a cooking channel. LOL.

Seeing a lot of hate on the new editing style and the constant clickbait in the comments. Good.

Also wondering when the last time we saw Sam use his drone was. Maybe he broke it. Again.

Sam took Abram "exploring" and then didn't bother washing his face or hands before giving him something to eat - I feel like Sam knows there will be hundreds of complaints in the vlog and he just doesn't care. He knows his stupid FAN BASIC will always protect - wow he is like the TRUMP of YouTube! Juliet is turning into a fugly baby.....sorry guys but she has now transformed into a more creepy chucky doll! Nia needs to go join the broadway musical in Texas because her overacting skills are getting very musical now!

Abram: I need to go poo poo
Sam: Ofcourse you do
Nia: Come on budd

Why am I not surprised this is how that situation was handled? Sam - why are you even in this family? #WasteOfSpace

They cleaned him up but didn't change his clothes after getting so greasy/dirty? I find it hard to believe his clothes didn't take a hit or maybe it was filmed in reverse?
I am so over that weird crazy over the top hehehe laugh Sam does with the over reacting faces. I would melt into the floor if my husband acted that stupid all of the time.
That editing is almost like a rendition of inside Sam's head. Makes no sense, loud and inappropriate and doesn't fit in.

The "adventure" entailed a visit to a car junkyard, filled with discarded, rusted out old cars. Abram was allowed to get inside said cars and play while Sam pried emblems off the cars. He had like a dozen of them, so that took some time. I was thinking: insect nests, rodents...and wondering if Abram was up to date on tetanus shots. Good Lord. The scene at the Bass Sporting Goods shop was cray, of course. Sam made a big scene of tossing a giant stuffed fish at Abram and laughing like a maniac. Of course, the outro had to include yesterday's thumbnail that got so much flak, as if to say "whatever..I don't give a sh*t".
He's got a few new people commenting on how they love the new vlog style, but mostly the minions are not in favor. They say how much they dislike it, but end their complaint with "but I still loooove youuuuu soooo much". LOL. :?

This is a comment about the new style, by someone who I am pretty sure is Sam himself. This guy's wildly complimentary comments are sprinkled throughout the last three days comment section:

"eh, there are some hints, but Casey's style is not even Casey's style. Look up the French New Wave. They were four filmmakers in France who decided to do things a bit differently. For example the whole looking at the camera (basically a lot of what vloggers do) is called, 'breaking the 4th wall'. The forth wall being the audience's point of view. That little technique came from the "French New Wave' filmmakers. There are countless others. So in point, I say the French New Wave is been making a comeback for years now."

I'm waiting for a video where Sam says he puts his wife before himself.
"Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her"

I know it's her channel but even on their vlog channel it's apparent that Nia does a lot for Sam because it's her duty, Sam in contrast takes her out to dates on occasion and treats himself right along with her and his work is done.

What we see their relationship is, is what I feared my relationship would be growing up in the church. Wife gives everything and all of herself to make her husband happy and the man walks around acts like God, because he is always first. Which ironically isn't what the bible teaches at all. Not wanting to start any religious debate because I know people have different beliefs. I just know they mold their life around their faith.

I know we don't see what it's like when the camera is off, and it seems like they bicker more (which is normal) but gosh I really hope for her sake and their kids sake he's a better husband than that.

Their kids are looking to them to see how they should treat and be treated.
