They didn't have a "date" there. He drove her up to a lookoff point that was inside the CC. they technically weren't supposed to be there i dont think. lol It was in their draw my relationship video, he took her back there when he proposed. I also think they had some maternity pics made there when she was pregnant with MG.. could be wrong about that one though. but i thought i remembered them going back for some pictures.

I don't remember that spot overlooking the city being in a country club. I could be wrong, but I think it was just a spot with a great view. And yes, they went back for pictures.

I saw that and I was amazed how many unsubscribed/subscribed bouncing their sub numbers around since generally you see a gradual gain in number. I wonder if that was kids do this?

A comment was made about Cullen's gum chewing or "smacking." I notice this recently in some of their vlogs. They have such facial close ups with vlogging, it was noticeable.

Its certainly not what I would have picked with their budget but Im guessing the biggest draw was location.

I am sure location was the reason, but living so close to family isn't always a positive. Yet, I do think this is the house Katie would choose and everyone has different taste in decorating/homes.

I personally would have built and had a good designer help with picking out all the flooring, cabinets, paint etc. and put in a pool which would be used a lot in Alabama. Ellie's house was in Houzz for a reason because it was decorated beautifully with a designers help with tile, marble, furnishing etc. I would not be too quick to get rid of the gold fixtures since I think gold/brass fixtures are coming back.

I am not even that crazy about their lot which seems to be on a slope? And these large homes are not that far apart, but a distance from the road.

See, I don't care about what is "trendy" with decorating. I don't know what is in, but I know what I like. I think that master bath is horrendous, not because it's out of date, but because I always would have thought so. I wouldn't keep the gold fixtures just because they're coming back in style. I do like the colors in the breakfast nook, and that _soft_ green (can't remember which room it's in). And I absolutely agree that this is what Katie has always seen herself in. Hard to tell from the listing what else it will need. I hope Katie has some help decorating. I would want help with a place like that.

I actually don't think the house is that bad. Yes, there are a lot of cosmetic things they can fix...but that can happen over years. Plus, who knows, they could do a sponsorship/brand deal with Lowe's or Home Depot, etc.

Personally, I think Katie's parents help them out financially a lot!! I think Katie and Cullen seem frugal day-to-day living off their YT income, but her parents are happy to write the big checks to help with things like their new car and this house. The grandparents probably like the idea of all the grandkids growing up as neighbors - and it's supposedly a top school district.

really nobody 100% knows which house it is though or what they paid?
I've looked at a few and I've seen a few with similar fixtures (seems gold is popular)
C&K never really said which house it was besides it wasn't the one that had water
they looked at a few that we never saw, they could surprise us and its a completely different house..
where all just speculating which house it could be????
