I get what she's saying though. Why all the hating on Missy for not cooking when Bryan actually does cook but chooses not to do it for his children? Should she learn, yes. But he's the one grilling vegetables and making dinner for the two of them while the kids eat microwaved mac and cheese. If you're not going to cook at all then whatever, but don't cook food if it's only for youself.

I know there are people who actually like to cook/clean and do laundry. I am not one of those people but I do it anyway.. because I wanted kids and they have to be taken care of, crazy concept I know. If I had the money, I'd hire people to do all that stuff because honestly, all I wanna do is play with my kids, they spend money on literally everything else, why not hire a chef to make healthy meals?! I would totally do it! But I suck it up and do it all because I'm not gonna let me kids eat junk because I'm lazy.

Yes they lose those 'sweet little baby curls' good for Fin. Yes baby curls are cute (Fin doesnt even have that much of them/hair) but he is too big for the hair he has now.. if he had loads of hair ok but not like this theres a time u need to realise that that 'sweet baby curl' doesnt look good on your child..

Same like missy & mini shorts - doesnt look good on her... yeah a 16year old teen would look 'cute and sexy' in them but not missy... theres a time when you need to realise u need to say goodbye and lose some of that 'sweet cuteness' coz it doesnt look good on you

Yes baby curls and mini shorts are cute but just wearing it doesnt automatically make you (look) cute...

He's only "too big for them" bc hes a boy, which is complete bullshit. If he were a girl no one would be bitching about his hair. I hope he has curls to his shoulders. Nothing wrong with curls on a boy FFS... It's cute. He's a baby. He doesn't have a job interview next week.

Huh? Who was saying he needs to lose them coz he is boy?! :-O none of one of these post were even close to that... its not about their lenght its about 'how his curls looks on him'

My boys had much much longer hair when they were his age buy they HAD HAIR...

(And no way I would ever let a little girl (if i had one) walk with curls like Fin has lol)

The word "their" would mean more than one. Yet here is bryan with only Ollie. So Bryan where is your other child? You're also his dad too.

So I thought the "abuse" was when he was olde? There are different forms of abuse. This comment from Bryan makes it sound like his was the same. Wonder how Bev feels?

Finns curls are cute. My 1st had similar hair as a baby and I didn't cut it till he was 2. His was thicker and curlier though. His hair is still pretty long for a boy and very curly and I love it.

Oh of course thats for sure i wasnt comparing it to anything else .. (i even said fin is the cutest, did u read that?)

You were the one quoting me and even saying exactly my line that 'he is too big for them' only bc hes a boy and adding that if he was a girl we would be about how cute it is - NO! No-ONE EVER SAID THAT thats sexism and thats disgisting... (btw no if he was a girl i would feel even more sorry for that girl lol )

So pls maybe take your own advice - 'agree to disagree' (when i even said its IN MY OPINION and fin in the cutest) and maybe try to read properly what i siad :-)

She talks about pinterest, so she knows how to use it... no passes from me on her crappy execution of mom life goals.

She actually does "crockpot meals". Meaning, she throws some chicken breasts, a can of cream of chicken soup, and some potatoes in the crock pot, and calls that a meal. But she'll cut up vegetables for the chickens.
We were watching a Samika IG story the other day, and Noah was eating cucumber just like an apple, then popping little pieces of raw broccoli into his mouth. Ollie has liked baby carrots, and corn in the past, and used to eat apples, and berries. Now they act all surprised when he eats strawberries.

Actually people did say that in the past, and sure i took your comment the wrong way, but how it was worded came across as just that.. I'm just not sure how anyone, at any age or gender is "too big" for curls. It's baby hair, it's not going to grow in perfectly. I think the child is fine and both my kids had curls identical to his and i thought it was adorable. Don't worry, soon enough they will chop them all off and give him the same ridiculous haircut his father has (thank god they finally gave up on that idea with Ollie, although it's not much better since they never fix it). There is really no need in getting so upset bc someone disagrees with you, I took your first comment the wrong way, even though it still makes zero sense, but I'm not going to argue about a baby's hair. I WAS the one who said agree to disagree, meaning i was dropping the subject, you came back with the smart ass response. I think his hair is cute, you don't. It's fine, no feelings hurt on my end. LOL

People in partnerships like marriage often divide the household responsibilities based on interests and abilities.

There are certain things I suck at, that my husband is pretty good at *cough*LAUNDRY*cough* and I have NO intention of ever learning to do it better. My husband has and will always do the laundry, and I don't feel bad for not helping except on very rare occasions.

There is no reason that Missy should have to learn to cook if she doesn't want to, when her husband is home, capable, and seems to enjoy the process. HE'S the one deserving of the judgement for letting his kids eat junk.

Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
I'm not saying goes she needs to learn how to cook a 5 course meal, but at least know the basics.

Sent from my SM-G920W8 using Tapatalk
She does know the basics. She's made croc pot meals, soups, chicken dinners, biscuits, etc. She can handle pasta and frozen foods. Those ARE the basics.

Expecting people to learn more than basics when they have no interest, and especially when their partner has the skill, knowledge and desire, based on their gender and "mom" role in the family is sexist nonsense.
I'm not seeing NEARLY the judgement of Bryan, who actually CAN cook and enjoys it, for allowing his family to eat junk. The only reason I can see for giving him a pass while judging Missy is antiquated gender expectations.
Like I just said, her basics aren't healthy. Stouffer's and their favorite, Omaha Steaks, have crock pot meals you can throw in and at the end of the day, you have a reasonably healthy dinner. I prefer to do things from scratch, but we know she won't do that. And for me, it has nothing to do with her being a woman or mom. She's a parent. And Mimi won't be around to bail her out forever, and there will be times Bryan won't be around. But he doesn't cook for the kids anyway. He just likes to play with his sous vide cooker and cook meals for the two of them. If they had any gumption, Ollie would eat that too. Finn already has shown that he's a "good eater". They're the ones turning him into a pizza, chicken nuggets or mac and cheese only eater.

'His was thicker and curlier' exactly what i meant - nit length but 'look'.. both of my BOYS had much longer hair in his age (so no my coment wasnt about boy/girl thing) but they had more hair as well.. its not about boys/girls- short/long hair! No idea how that person could eve take it like that? :-O (maybe som issues down there line considering the automatic assumption..) i loved my boys curls still got them in the box and have 10000 pics of thwm before 1st hair-cut but just jeep it for the sake of the baby curls?

Its not about the curls to be big for its about the 'baby curls' the smalll soft fluffy one he jas very few... and u look at yournchild and know when is the time to go (not for you to keep baby curls for the baby sake but for the sake of your chikd and hownit looks like)
And i came with a response coz u sort of acused me of sexism (if he was a girl you would like it) and boy that can get me going so of course i felt like explaining myself thats not what i meant coz not idea how it has ANYTHING to do with boy/girl stuff?

(Btw if you were so much about 'agree to disagree' u wouldnt even reply to my comment as it doesnt sound as girl/boy thing AT ALL)
