Well, they paid for the massive pool redo, the dune buggy, the RC cars, the $20,000 trip to disney world, the new fridge (unneeded) the new range (unneeded), the $150 candy snake, the who know how expensive months of dog training, oh Luna too... Missy and Bryan are 100% unwilling to shell out money for anything that doesn't make them and them alone happy. They could have easily used the space that was offered or found a much cheaper space to hold a meet up. If it only benefits their fans, it will never happen. Just like staying off property for Vidcon... disappoints fans, but makes Bryan and Missy happy so thats all that matters. Also, gathering from that C&K said, i'm going out on a limb and saying they won't be crashing at Casa De Montana with the Lump and crew. They made it sound like they would be together for a joint meet up and thats it. Now they could just all be being vague, but Bryan has only mentioned "Our whole family (lies bryan, you have family too, its Missy's family) and today was the very first time Cullen has even talked about B&M or E&J in relation to the con. I would think Bryan would have dropped hints about friends staying with them, but so far nothing..... I'm gonna be super surprised if they do more than the meet up and maybe dinner together, they might hang at universal together, but aside from that, i don't think we will see them stuck like glue like we have before. I'm glad, i hate having to skip C&K's vlogs bc the obnoxious 4 are tagging along.
