I feel like she's wasting valuable/lucrative time by not posting the promised video. I hope she does decide to post the Q&A as it will absolutely enhance her credibility, though it's not entirely necessary. She hasn't posted any promised videos in her states timeframe in quite a while though.

Honestly I would not base her credibility off of whether or not the video gets put up. We do not know what is going on behind the scenes and this book has some incredible allegations. She might be getting legal threats and second-guessing if she wants to put any more out. To be honest, if I were her I would get myself a lawyer first before I put anything else out there. If she 100% comes out and says yes my mother did this but has no proof to back it up… Or even if one specific detail is not exact... she can shoot herself in the foot. Her mother may say publicly that she's not taking legal action but that can always change. at the very least she can send out a Gag order if she's getting death threats due to it.

I had 3 glasses of wine before writing that last night lol. I'm not even entirely sure what I was trying to say. I guess what I really meant but didn't say correctly was that she doesn't owe anybody anything. There are skeptics, I am not one of them. But she did say she would address people's questions and hasn't. If it's a matter of legality a simple post on instagram would clear it up and stop people from wondering. Just my two cents.

Statue of limitations for slander is one year so yes Kristu can. I am glad that Lindsey got a lawyer because if she says the wrong thing her mom can go off the deep end and choose to sue her.

Yep, she has until her birthday this year.
I'm also happy she got a lawyer. Like i had posted prior, I have SS of Kristy saying she needed recommendations on a lawyer, because she was suing the shit out of someone. So I wouldn't put it past her to try something, despite saying she wasn't going too.
