Someone mentioned this as a title suggestion, but I can't remember who. I thought it was fitting given the debate from the last topic. If anyone objects to this title, I will edit.

In Part 25...

- Ellie and Jared announced to their viewers, extended family and friends, and also their children, that they were expecting baby #3.
- YTMD suspected something was fishy, and we speculated how they might play this whole thing out...
- In a vlog titled 'Giving Her Alone Time' Jared announced that Ellie was miscarrying. Ellie was absent for this entire vlog.

Just for fun I asked my husband how old he thought Ellie was from one of the yt thumbnails. He said at least 35.

I don't think she will be in it. Maybe a few clips of her cuddling the boys on the couch or cooking something in the damn kitchen. There might be a heart to heart at the end, but it will be heavily edited and probably 95% of Jared talking.

If this really was a set up, they truly are disgusting people considering that they told the IVF couples that they were expecting on Mother's Day. I hope their channel crashes and burns.

Haha, oh wow. I remember asking my husband a while ago how old she looked and he said early 30's. I then showed him a video of her from when she was pregnant with Calvin and he realised it was the same person, because that's when I used to watch them. He used to say she was pretty when she hard the auburn hair. I thought so too, that hair was very flatting on her.

You know what would help this whole situation? If they came out and said that Ellie was going to go away and get treatment for her mental health and her obvious body issues/ eating disorder. Only after those are taken care of do I think they should even consider going down the TTC path again.

Perhaps we'll catch a glimpse of her in the garden in the background of today's vlog, scurrying and digging frantically in the earth with a trowel as she tries to make a miniature memorial garden for her tragic_loss. Jared see's her in the view finder and mutters ''Gosh darn it and fiddlesticks'' before the scene abruptly cuts.

Next scene we see Ellie walk up to the open dining room door with unkempt hair and no makeup (Jared has yelled out to her in the garden when the camera was off, in an exasperated voice, ''ELLIE! What the Hello Kitty are you doing out there?!''). He's all smiles as the camera's now rolling again and says to her in his super sickly patronizing talking_to_a_child voice, ''Aww Ellie, that's so sweet of you, making a little garden like that.'' Ellie (in a heightened, physically twitching state) replies, as she wipes her brow with her gloved and troweled hand, smearing mud across her forehead, ''Thanks Jerr. It's not the bumps in the road that define us right?'' She smacks her Griffiths lips together as she focuses on that 'winning' smile mother dearest has taught her so well, turns around and marches back to her muddy pile of dirt while chanting to herself ''Choose happiness. Choose happiness. Choose happiness.''

This! Some of our friends told us and my 4 year old step daughter that they were pregnant pretty much as soon as they found out. She ended up losing the baby not long after. Let's just say it was extremely awkward when our 4 year old asked her about they baby in her belly the next time we saw them out.

I know this is not the majoritarian opinion here but at the end of the day I feel sad for them, and especially for Ellie because I really think she thought she was pregnant (whether that was a chemical pregnancy or a miscarriage, it does not matter, she really believed she was having a baby). I don't for one second think this is pure invention. If they're guilty of something, it is simply of wanting to scenarise the whole story (pregnancy announcement after built-up on Mother's Day, etc...). And while, this is not something I am fond of, I think that part of the issue is the audience and what they expect when watching these families' YouTube videos. I personally watch because of the mundane. I am not looking for entertainment (if I want entertainment, I go watch a TV show, ie pure fiction) but I watch YouTube for other reasons but not everybody does so.

Anyway, I like Ellie and Jared, they got me through tough time by simply putting their lives out there and allowing me to connect in a way. And I certainly love their extended family and I hope that things will get better (especially grandma Griffith whose stories of the old times I truly love, remind me of my own dad even though I am from another continent, and he is much older that her).

i wasn't expecting that, at all. vlog was 4 minutes long and featured jared and penny, and a split second of calvin sleeping in his bed.

tomorrow when jared is doing something 'fun', i wonder if ellie will film anything at all.

i definitely think she's hiding because she feels like she jumped the gun being so confident within herself. i'm sure their viewers are probably worried about her, given that she has been silent throughout this entire thing.

spending time with family? except... jared and the boys weren't even home when ellie was bleeding a lot and in pain. jared has not shed ONE SINGLE TEAR on camera while talking about this whole thing.

what the actual fucking fuck?! i don't know what else to say about this whole ordeal! i can't figure out why they are acting so off about it all. it is totally out of character.

This video just proves to me that Ellie is losing her shit in the background. I am worried for Jackson, we all know she will be ok with Calvin but poor Jackson is so neglected, I fear this is going to make it even worse. I call it, Ellie is losing her shit mentally. She will never get out of her robe again.

Jared said yesterday was a family day BUT he was out of the house all day with the boys. I call bullshit.
