Stupid question regarding the house, for those of you who own homes: if they WERE going to live there for 20+ years, would you say it was a slightly better investment compared to Oscar's idea of them only living there for five maximum?

You pay the most interest in the first 5 years, so its not really smart to buy a house if you plan on moving again in less than 5 years. There's also the thousands of dollars of closing costs that are incurred.

I used to watch every vlog, and had done so since December 2015. I did genuinely used to like them and their content and even when I stopped liking them, I still continued to watch. But NOW i literally have zero desire to do so. They're so inconsistent and boring. I literally skip through their vlogs lol. I'd almost rather watch kk which is saying a lot bc we all know their vlogs are boring too lol. I'm sure their bug buddies are getting bored too, that's what happens when your entire fan base is 13 year olds... they move on to the next thing so quickly.

Now all of a sudden they upload a 17 minute video (Oscar is still unbearable to watch for 7 minutes straight) and Kyra is all nice sweet and apologetic on twitter asking for approval and love...
The way these two are begging for money is disgusting.
Once the honeymoon bying house period ends they will once again show their true colors and starting to be irritating obnoxious and ungrateful.
Waiting until they are settled in the new home, IF they meet the deadline.

Well then - why on EARTH would they continue packing if they don't know if escrow is going through? Unless, this whole thing w/it not going through, is absolute nonsense and it's just a ploy to get more views. Something's not adding up. We've purchased a couple of homes ourselves, but we've never, ever started packing BEFORE escrow is completed/closed.

Kyra also stated, toward the end of today's vlog, that their moving van is due this coming Friday at 8:00 a.m.

...and they're still packing.

i think they'r pulling a sacconejolys with the timeline here. in the blog a couple days ago where oscar rode levi's car on top of the boosted board, there's a crib in the garage. but in today's blog both cribs are still in levi's room? do they have 3 or do they think their viewers wouldn't notice?

I can't believe they leave Levi alone in the bath!! But then again, It's Kyra and Oscar so I really shouldn't be surprised at this point.

Oscar trying to explain why it's okay for Levi to dictate who can and cannot enter his room because he's in a time out What a pillock. He's one. He shouldn't have that kind of power or control over his parents. My daughter used to close the kitchen door on me because she thought it was funny, but I always let her know that it wasn't okay for her to do that. I didn't stand on the other side, knocking and asking in a soft voice if I was allowed in. I opened the door and told her it wasn't okay. These two are way too soft with their kids and let them do whatever they want to avoid tears and tantrums.

Friday makes sense as a move out day because they live in an apartment and they usually schedule move outs for around the 1st of the month. Maybe they already notified them they are leaving so they have to move regardless on Friday. They're definitely screwed if they don't get the house though, they'll have to put their stuff in storage and get a hotel or short term rental.

yeah that was ridiculous. Who let's a one year old run the show/dictate what he can/cant do...that's just sad

I don't understand how they didn't/can't make the deadline for the house though. What else do they have going on that they couldn't get their shit together to meet the deadline? Unless it's financing they're waiting on and in that case they should of made sure they had the loan before even applying for the house.

Well they do have a plan B if youtube goes down lol.. They'e planning to buy and rent/re-sell houses. It's "oscar's dream since it's what his dad does for a living"
She said they're already saving money to buy a duplex and rent it.
they also want to buy another house for themselves.. for whatever reason, I didn't pay attention to what she said.

Also she said they're probably going to mexico this year.
If youtube goes down, they'd still keep the house because of the amount of money they put down for it
