One of you mentioned a questionable comment on Instagram. I just saw it. Omg it is from the crazy woman who said she talks to Tyson everyday and the Gardners are her family. I remember some were telling her to calm down and , no, she was not family. Her posts got deleted. She is also the woman who converted to Mormonism and took big offense that they went to the NKOTB concert. OK here is her comment: Poor Esme is hard to look at. Tyson, do you wish you were as buff as Adam Busby? He's hot too, just saying. Wonder if Tyson is still chatting it up with her? LOL

He's a perfect example of no exercise and poor diet , donuts , soda, takeout . And he's passing it on to his kids. That's what's sad. This is where is starts in childhood.
He might not even get to see his kids grow up with what he puts in his mouth.

OMG I missed that bit about Essie behind the chair. You bastard Tyson. Have you ever been constipated? And she's two years old FFS. Put down the friggen camera and give her some care. I'm really angry about this. A friend of mine was similar when her son was little. He's now 25 and can't go to the toilet unless he is at home. She was forever being called to the school because he had a stomach ache. So now he holds it in at work and when he's out. Has had numerous bouts of hemarroids(?) and always has a sore tummy. I would hate to see the girls like this. If they are so computer savvy then google for christ's sake. Grrrr

Holy moly! We felt another tremor earlier. It was quite jarring. And then I watched the vlog and realized we were feeling the aftershocks of Tyson's slip and slide dive. There was almost a tidal wave in the pool!!

So no ideas on the backwards pajamas last night? I thought it was weird.

I wish you guys were here with me today so you could see how normal 2 year olds talk and act.
The family is at my parents this weekend and we've been hanging out a the pool all day.
My daughter and her cousin, who are both 2, never STOP talking. They talk to each other or us constantly.
My nephew already told me the names of 5 of his friends from school and talked about his teacher. When he wants to show me something he says "Aunt Stella, look it's a chicken/etc.". When they are both hungry or thirsty they say "can I have a drink/snack". It's like talking to an actual person.
Neither of them scream or grunt to get our attention or tell us what they want.
(And they are both working on potty training - my daughter is actually ahead of her cousin, but I understand that's usual for boys.)

So I've been listening to that all day and then I just watched the Greedners' vlog. (It's nap time here yay!)
Those poor girls. They really are not in good shape. I'm not sure I understood a single thing except the word "no".
Not that there was much to understand since they hardly said anything. How anyone can watch that and think it is OK, is beyond me.
It's NOT normal for them to be this age and not be speaking!

Oh, and those soggy diapers made me mad too! The Greedners can't think ahead for more than a few seconds can they?
It's why they're always running to the store for something and always eating out. It's too much trouble to plan.

The backward pj thing doesn't surprise me. They've done it with the bigger twins for awhile. Someone suggested it to them when they started taking diapers off and smearing feces on the wall. I guess it is easier than potty training. It makes me so angry. Those girls are going to have so many issues with the bathroom. And don't get me started on the fact that the bigger twins are basically sleeping on mattresses on the floor in cages rather than get them toddler beds. They are home all day. Seriously? So lazy!

I have a close relative expecting school to fix her daughters speech issues now she's almost 7 instead of what she should have done as a parent at aged 3 because she didn't believe there was a problem. It's a much bigger issue now then it should have been. Makes me so sad for her as well I can hardly understand her she is the sweetest girl though

I don't know how it works there but speech therapy here in Australia it's only free till they are in school and there's a long waiting list so you need to onto it quickly . There is private buts it's very expensive

The girls will be evaluated when they enter school if their speech is still obviously delayed. If they meet certain criteria, speech therapy is free all through public school in the USA.

Actually, even if they go to private school (and probably if home schooled) if the parents REQUEST an evaluation, the public school will do one. If they qualify they will receive free therapy. However, the parents will have to transport them to the public school (in which district they live) in order to receive the free services.

Actually, those poor kids have very little chance to talk (even if they could). The parents never shut up! I wish they'd watch a Busby vlog and see how vlogging could be done...

And whoever said the kids never look happy is essentially correct. Sure, Scarlett gives her vacant smile a lot, but to me it looks like she's just trying to process what's going on.
Indie occasionally gives spontaneous happy smiles; but then, she seems the most normal developmentally of them.

Tubby asked Scarlett something like "what are you doing" when she was in the little pool near the beginning of the vlog. Who else thinks it was obvious she was peeing or pooping?

Was Esme one of the kids who took her diaper off and smeared feces in her crib?

Maybe she got in BIG TROUBLE for it. We've seen "mama bear" be not so gentle with her children occasionally.

Maybe Esme got a not so pleasant,or gentle, bath and diaper change.
And now has a very bad association with both poop and water. And wants to avoid both.

I have a couple degrees in family therapy and reading A's 2009 post and how she treats her girls, I really think she stopped aging mentally at about 13-15 years of age. Her expression on her 2009 blog that it was now time for her to play, not have babies, gave me some insight into perhaps some stunted mental development. She started dating T very early in puberty and then got married at 18. She never really had any growing-up years or time to be a roudy teenager. She got into a serious relationship way too early. It makes me feel kinda sorry for her. Her parents should not have let an older man go after such a young teenager. If for no other reason than she needed a chance to be a teenager. I wonder if she's not living out her desire to be that kid and teenager through her daughters now. They are definitely just dolls to her.

I share a religion with the Gardner's and couples are encouraged to have children young. Especially if she had older siblings with families already. But they aren't forced too. And it's not like you'll be kicked out of the church if you don't have kids. I think they were going for one to shut people up and got a total surprise. Now she doesn't quite know what to do with them. Mothering them - I think - is beyond what she can do. She's a big teenager mentally.

It's a shame her parents didn't step in when T started going after her. And it's a shame they are failing to step in again and give her guidance and demand she take some responsibility for her kids.

Yes, Esme was the first one to take of her diaper and smear shit everywhere.
Whichever parent that told us about it (I can't recall) seemed really pissed off.

You could be right! Although I think there are probably multiple factors going on there.

Someone said earlier that the Busby girls were already out of diapers, but I don't think that's correct.
They were just wearing swim diapers in the second to last video that was posted.
I'm sure they have started, but that would be really unusual for quints to be completely trained so early.
Danielle is good, but I don't think anyone is that good! LOL!
