They did finally update their profile picture to one of the photos that (I think?) Sam took. About time, Calvin was a literal newborn in their old one. Maybe Jared never updated it because he liked the weight Ellie was at in those pictures. Their banner photo on the page is still the same though. I agree, it's bizarre not to keep things fresh and updated when this is literally their livelihood and they've done multiple family shoots since (although thank god they didn't use those cringey photos from when the stylist chose all their outfits). I hate the clips in the intro too, they move too fast to really enjoy and none of them are that great. I hate Ellie shimmying in front of the van and the clip of them dancing. Most people in the twitter thread said either short or no intro...hopefully Jared listens. I don't mind the short version they have now (except their outfits) because its quick enough that I don't have to bother to skip over it. Chances are, we'll end up with some awful daily bumps type one though if that's really what they were filming yesterday.

Jared was complaining on twitter yesterday about how videos aren't getting pushed to subscription boxes. Which yes, that's happening.... but your numbers are also dropping because of vlogs like today too. Taking out the trash and announcing a website. Great.

I am NOT saying that Ruby deserves her views or whatever but her vlogs have more going on.

Please tell me I'm not the only one who has noticed the weird editing technique they used at the end of their current intro. Jared tried to animate some still photos for it, which is cool, but he should have used a different photo for Jackson. It looks like he is bending his bike into or out of shape. Bugs me every time!

E&J going through the website today, they scroll past the photo of Jackson and Jared says "Oh, Jackson!" As Ellie continues to scroll, stops at Calvin and says "Awwww look at his cute face!"

Also on the website, Calvin's bio touts him as the "Mecham Miracle Baby." Why isn't Jackson the miracle baby? I do not get that.

I wonder how Ellie feels about the fact that Brooks nearly knows more words than Calvin does... it's just such a shame that kids that age can't talk..right?

Anyway... does anyone know what the "secret" or whatever is on the website? I didn't see anything... but by the looks of the comments on the video, it seems that it's just a coupon code for the merch? There also weren't any unknown facts in the bios... I'm annoyed that their lie of a promotion sucked me in. Lol
