I'm very pissed off someone swiped my iPad Mini whilst I was having a shower late this morning. I'd left it on my table and wash showering in the rooms ensuite bathroom. It was during the first visiting period of the day.

Thankfully it was covered by my insurance and a new replacement will be at home waiting for me, together with Kitty, when I'm discharged.

Also, did anyone notice that Ashley's make-up progressed as the day went on? She left with no make-up and loose hair. After lunch, she appeared to have concealer on. Now she is at BBW with braids and full eye makeup.
I noticed the make up. I think his appointment is today since they are having summer family pics with Loni made tomorrow.

SnarkyJ wrote:I went to dinner last night with a friend and our kids (novel concept to the Greedners to take kids with). My friend's son is 18/19 months and she kept apologizing for his "awful" behavior. I just laughed because even at his worst moment his behavior was angelic compared to the Greedners girls.

The worst he did was keep yelling "no" for everything. She said he just learned that he can use the word too not just hear it all the time lol. Otherwise he sat in a high chair, he ate food from his own plate, although he did steal a little of mom's food. When he was done eating he pushed his plate away an said all done. He got a little restless at the end but he's at the age where his attention span isn't the greatest.

As I was reading this I was thinking to myself "of course you take your children WITH you. Of course little ones sit IN high chairs. Of course they eat from their OWN plate." That is what toddlers are SUPPOSED to do." You and your friend did everything that parents, who actually parent, do. I bet neither one of you thought to do it any differently did you? Neither one of you thought to pull a Ass & Titboy and do "whatever is easiest." The thought to have my children sit or stand ON the high chair NEVER crossed my mind. Why would it? Who does that? Oh that's right lazy ass parents that's who. The thought to feed them like birds NEVER crossed my mind either. To use the same fork/spoon to me is disgusting. I don't care how old they are or how many you have it's still gross. After they learned to feed themselves and use their own utensils they did it by themselves.

I was stay-at-home mom until my youngest was in high school then I worked part time until we retired and moved to our dream destination. My husband worked full time. We both worked our asses off and did without especially in our early years of marriage. Yes I did work my ass off being a stay-at-home mom. It is hard work 24/7. You don't get breaks, sleep ins, vacations or date nights 5 times a week. You are a mom, doctor, referee, chauffeur, teacher, maid, etc., all in one day all the time. I never laid around on the couch complaining "oh my I'm so tired", or "Guuuuyyyysss it's so hard", etc., like Ass does. I never took the easy way out. EVER! The thought to put nets over their beds never crossed my mind. The thought to not potty train at an appropriate age never crossed my mind. As soon as they started trying to climb out of their cribs they got a toddler bed. They also quit taking naps around 18 months old. I never forced them to lay in their beds just so I could get a another hour of sleep. We both wanted our children. Our whole lives have centered around them and their wants/needs. No they are not spoiled just very loved and taken care of. It was OUR responsibility to raise them and take care of them. Not our family, ours. If you are old enough to have sex then you are old enough to have the responsibility to raise & take care of your own children I don't care how many you have at one time.

Stop worrying about how beautiful they are (God it makes me want to puke hearing the word beautiful now. Titboy ruined it for me.) Step up and parent! If there was only a few people saying how horrible the girls are, how delayed they are or how horrible Ass & Titboy are I would say those people have a problem with them. But there are way too many to count that are saying stuff and they continue to ignore it. It will definitely come back to bite them in the ass. It has already started. They can't go out to eat or appear on TV and not be embarrassed. At least they should be embarrassed. I know I would be.

Two thoughts for today:

1) is it possible that Assley thinks herself enough of a celebrity to need a ball cap to eat out so she doesn't get recognized? I could see that being her thought process.

2) I will thank the Greedners for one thing. I, like most parents, think I have a darn adorable little girl. She's only 9 months, but after hearing how often the little Greedners get hollow compliments and are told they are beautiful (and not much else), I've started make a concerted effort to make sure my daughter hears more important validation and celebrates her own success (she finally made noise when clapping this morning and we cheered and clapped some more). The Greedners have made me want to be everything they are not.

That's so funny you mentioned #2.
We had some of my grandchildren over yesterday and I noticed that none of us (kids or adults) acted like the Greedners.
It never would have occurred to any of us to act that way.
I complimented the children- and their parents- on excellent table manners. They sat in their seats, had their own utensils and ate with their mouths closed. Please and thank you were the norm.
I took notice that the not quite 2 1/2 year old is fully potty trained and very proud of her "big girl panties".
I watched the 6 year old help the younger ones on the swings.
And, purely speaking as a proud grandparent, watched the 2 month old roll over for the 1st time. Have to be honest, we all did cheer at that!Image

It's true. The Greedners are helping the world out by showing us what NOT to do.

On the TLC Facebook page there is a picture of Danielle Busby making dinner for her family. I have seen several pics of her cooking but I have never seen any of Ass and Titboy. Only see donuts, diapers, them laying on the couch, family helping all the time, makeup, Titboy's big ol titties, and his ass that goes all the way up his back. That picture of him doing a cannonball does NOT do him any favors. He looks like a white, pasty, Pillsbury doughboy whale. Now Adam Busby is a different story. Lol!

Someone posted earlier a suggestion for a new thread title. I think it was Gardners - Busby wannabes or something like that. Love it!! <3

So yesterday my niece sends me an old video of my daughter she found. She was around 18 months old and clear as day was saying "more please Mommy". These girls are so delayed.

On SC Tyson did get his haircut and of course on instagram Ashleys Dad was over with her. She can't even stay home by herself with her kids for an hour while he runs out to get a haircut. I couldn't imagine. Here I am home like I am every day with my 3 kids, mind you they're a bit older now, and 3 daycare kids. Today its an 18 month old and 3 three year olds. No one to help me. And I should mention I'm also potty training the 18 month old. Shes doing incredible.

The things the Greedners don't get is the more work you put in when they are little the easier things get. My daughter is 9 and my friend's daughter is 6. The girls sat and talked and stuff during dinner. They were very well behaved and I mentioned before her 18 month old was really good too. But it takes work and effort to get to that point. I'm not saying at all that my child is perfect because she has her moments, but she knows the expectations when we're out in public.

My guess is he meant Golden anniversary because 12 years on the 12th. I've never heard anyone use Golden Anniversay like that, but I know where I live we celebrate your Golden Birthday which would be turning 12 on the 12th.

The home school thing should be pretty interesting but I think a lot of mormons home school because they do not want their kids to socialize with anyone other than other Mormon kids. There is a curriculum they legally have to follow by law, but this will also make it easier for them to continue to vlog daily w/o any thing like school or homework getting in the way! Those poor girls!!

The Greedners prove their stupidity every day by allowing their children to act like feral animals.
It has never once occurred to them that doing the hard work with their kids up front will allow them to take it easy in the long run.
You'd think that would appeal to the laziest parents in America!

Most two year olds that I know (including my own) are worlds away from the Greedner girls.
It wouldn't even cross my daughter's mind to stand on anything except the floor, let alone a table!
She eats from her own plate with her own silverware, and if she wants to try something off of my plate I will give her some - by putting it on her plate. She goes to preschool part-time, and the entire class (10 two year olds!) sits at a small table for lunch. They all learned to stay seated while they eat, and not to take food from anyone else. The majority of them also speak in full sentences and manage to play with each other and not draw blood or cause bruises. And they learn SO quickly at this age. Kids that are new to the class usually have the rules nailed down by the end of the week.

At this point is seems like the Greedners are purposefully delaying their daughters just to be assholes about it.
That's going to backfire on them BIG time in the near future. And I will be right there laughing and saying "I told you so!". ;)

And that's the part that gets me as well. I simply do not understand why they don't realize that their girls will not just one day adopt all these necessary skills without constant teaching and reinforcement on the parent's part. That they have to teach them table manners, and appropriate behaviour, and how to be nice to other people and to respect them and their property. My whole goal as a parent was to raise kids that I would like as people at the end of the day - not just because they were mine but because they were likeable, decent, enjoyable-to-be-around human beings. That is not going to happen in this situation. Not even their parents are going to find them likeable as they mature. They might love them, but they won't like them. How sad is that?

EXACTLY! As parents, we're not supposed to just be raising good kids. We should be raising kids who will eventually become good adults.

I'd liken it to an investment (cause in all reality, it is) in that it requires sacrifice and hard work and consistency initially, but then the ROI makes that sacrifice worth it. It's falling on deaf ears though. The Greedners are very, very much about immediate gratification, etc. They do not understand the concept of putting off what you want most for what you want now.

I have the feeling that both of these useless parents don't actually want children and the responsibility that it takes to raise them. Please correct me if I am wrong, but since the Mormon church has such a strong message of family, these two felt they had to have children, it was the societal expectation that drove them to IVF. I know many, many couples use IVF as an attempt to make a family which I think it is wonderful that science can provide us with that opportunity. However, from seeing how these two are so inept at looking after children, particularly Ashley, it makes me wonder whether if they actually wanted children. Their actions speak volumes in regards to how disconnected they are from the realities of being a parent.

I agree homeschooling will be interesting with those two as parents. Can you imagine trying to get the girls to sit down, listen and pay attention so they can teach them. If the girls whine and cry there will definitely be food given and if they whine too much about doing school work Ass & Tittyboy will say ok never mind, you are too beautiful to learn that anyway. I thought that Utah was a state that they only had to notify the local school district with a notarized affidavit of their intent. I also thought there is not any required curriculum, attendance, record keeping or testing for homeschoolers in Utah. I know in the state I used to live in you did not need to notify the local school district, there wasn't any curriculum that you had to follow and no testing with the local school district. You just had to provide 1000 hours of instruction in the core subjects and keep records. I do know some states are very strict with their laws. I know all of this because I had a relative who did homeschool their child for non religious reasons. I don't see how they will be able to homeschool. They complain so much now and are constantly wanting to get away from them. They don't want to take the time to teach basics now - I can't imagine them teaching reading, writing, home ec (can you imagine either one of them teaching the girls how to cook? lol!), but especially any kind of math? Ass can't even figure out how to take 10% off of something. They will use donuts as examples. 2 donuts + 2 donuts = 4 donuts. If daddy has 12 donuts and eats 10 donuts how many is left?
