When the demand for your hand made items exceeds your supply you'll have no choice but to have them manufactured in China. You must consult with the Greedners on this. Oh my gosh seriously this question could be posted on TLC. We've got to call them out on those blankets.
Speaking of manufacturing in China makes me think of the Chinese striped blankets and headbands. Where is our resident sleuth Fudgenuts? Wouldn't it be great if we found those exact same items for sale (wholesale) somewhere?
Congrats on you leaving your amateur status. I have no idea what mine is as I usually post from my phone. I'll have to fire up my dinosaur iPad and check.

I can't believe they don't have babies. My two year old girl won't go anywhere without her baby. Bed, church, toilet etc. She has to have her baby. And my three year old boy has to have a car or his sunglasses. These girls don't seem to have any favorites.lovethispage wrote:Snarky Lady wrote:Well it still concerns me they rarely play with dolls. By the time my daughter was their age she had drug her favorite doll around so much it's arm came off. It was hard as crap sewing and hot gluing it back on lol.
Didn't we inquire once before why they didn't have dolls and then a couple vlogs later they had dolls?

So if this was filmed say a year ago how does that fit in with the timeline of the TyASS saying they had to start manufacturing their product because the demand was so large the SAH moms couldn't keep up?
I didn't watch Rattled last season and I can't remember when he said he had to outsource the products. But I have a feeling we have caught him in yet another lie and the proof is in the picture.

Agreed. Jamie Smith tooDonits wrote:If "Marie Marie" is here, repost your comment on the last gqs link on the tlc page to the new link they have just put up.
It was a great post, but adding it days later means hardly anyone read it.
Repost it on the new one soon to get max views.

Re: Gardner Quad Squad - Busby Wannabes (Part 5)
I brought that up a few posts ago. They don't have an attachment to anything. My big burly sons still have their teddies. One, which was white, would need washing constantly and he would keep looking through the window to see if it was dry. We use clotheslines here. Every time a bit of stuffing came out he would run to me and say teddie pooed. So I bought a big bag of stuffing (teddie poo) to keep filling him up. I can't count the amount of times I had to sew him up when his arm or leg came loose. Ted is now 36 years old and still going strong.fudgenuts wrote:Snarky Lady wrote:Well it still concerns me they rarely play with dolls. That made me smile at the memory it brought up...our rough tough 35 yr. old Army retired son had his favorite 'lovey', his Care Bear Bedtime bear.....that thing went through thick and thin, hospitalizations, etc., his buddy from the time he was itty bitty all through him growing up, and it shows....and guess who STILL has it and will not part with it LOL. Of course if asked, it is just a silly little bear
These poor girls don't have a blanket or doll or teddie or anything they can call their own. Very sad.

I only first saw all of the posters stats when I logged in on my IPad, on my phone it only shows the day they joined YTMD. Also on my I pad it shows how many times you have been thanked & how many times you have thanked someone, I cannot find this anywhere on my Ipad or phone, I guess it's supposed to be a red hand or mark by your nicknameNight lady wrote:If you click on the posters nickname, their ytmd stats come up. Hidey ho- I have been looking at that lately, funny you should ask I can remember when I spilled the beans on their 'handmade' baby moccasins replete with their gold stamped moniker on them, as IF that made them legit, along with those infant hats, the little crocheted numbers. Found em' all and posted about it. Unfortunately there wasn't a forum I could post them on that they didn't have control over, so the posts went down pdq. I was waiting for the block but it never came, most likely they got busy or distracted and couldn't remember who outed them. I have come close to some product that look suspiciously like their blankets/headbands but I am not at 100% yet so I am holding off on outing those. They lie lie lie so freaking much and their followers just eat it up - blarflovethispage wrote:Snarkadoodle Doo wrote:Wow. The closest thing I've seen to an attachment to any one particular thing are those "Wubbies".Snarky Lady wrote:Well it still concerns me they rarely play with dolls. The girls used to have them constantly.
I know we don't the Wubs as much, anymore, but I think that's due to editing more than anything else.
So much of their upbringing is not what I've always thought of as "normal". They are growing up to be just like their parents.
So frustrating.
Re: Gardner Quad Squad - Busby Wannabes (Part 5)
Both of my daughter's had blankie they slept with for years. They're in their 30's now, but still have the remnants somewhere.
One daughter basically never played with dolls as a little kid. She loved stuffed animals (care bears were favorites), and also loved to play with those Little People plastic toys.
My other daughter liked dolls, but as ling as she had her blankie at home, and at night, life was good.
Unfortunately, both were thumb suckers until they were 5.

I don't think they are allowed to have a "special" lovey. As soon as she could, Heavy would steal it. Too big a fight to make her mind so the others could have something they love.

Both of my girls had a special something they had, 1 had a blankey and 2 had a stuffed bunny she called Nunny. They both still have them too at 23 and 18 years old.

Re: Gardner Quad Squad - Busby Wannabes (Part 5)
I just spoke with my husband about my twins having some things of their own that they didn't necessarily have to share. It's a bit easier for me with boy/girl twins. I was able to get my daughter some little toddler jewelry and my son is into super heroes. (I'm not forcing these gender stereotypes in them- they can do whatever they want). Anyway, it was an easy way to give each of them something that was simply theirs.
My daughter has a lovey she sucks on at night and a blanket she covers up with. My son refuses to leave anything in his crib except for a bouncy ball. A small white and speckled bouncy ball that he carries EVERYWHERE. He's also my sensory kid, though, and this is his comfort item for all things. It's how I finally got him to walk on grass, touch sand, etc etc.

I don't use the tapatalk so maybe it's different there. On my iPad I use the desktop version so I can see everything

Did anyone notice the shoes Esme wore to Target a few days ago? She was walking slow and mother of the year exasperatingly said "apparently she needs to be held." Maybe that's because you outfitted her with TWO RIGHT shoes.
