Lol I never saw myself coming back. After all the new babies came and I got home from holidays a few days ago I looked her for the first time. Don't know if I'll be consistent.

So I need some advice...nothing serious, don't worry.

I am wanting to make my husband a calendar for his office at work with pictures throughout the year of our son. I have an idea to make the pictures themed, but need to know how I could do certain months and with what supplies. For example:

January - winter wonderland (maybe some white fluff for "snow"?)
February - the obligatory lipstick kisses all over him
March - green because St. Patrick's Day
April - maybe a little kid umbrella? (obviously outside lol)
May - flowers
June - something for his birthday (this was the month he was born)
July - red/white/blue
August - summer picture
September - fall picture (leaves?)
October - pumpkin picture
November - turkey picture
December - Christmas picture

I only have a Walmart around me unless I end up ordering a crap ton from like Hobby Lobby or Target and having it shipped here...any advice on keeping the kid still for pictures? Ideas for the pictures themselves?

Get your son to a strip club and have a photo with all the ladies falling in love over him, you know, because he is a player and breaks women's harts.
Get some hunks as well in the picture, you never know, you can find tons on Grindr and are sweet and will be happy to help

Keep it simple: A toilet and your son puking from all the fun he has

Aw, thank you! I'm happy to hear that it's easier to navigate.

The upkeep of the site is a group effort. MamaJo (calling her out specifically since she's on most frequently) does a wonderful job with keeping the individual threads new and organized in addition to working on reports and approving posts! BipolarMorgan was the one who fixed the tech issues.

A massive thanks to our other moderators who do what they can! We're all a bit busy around here lately but everyone pops on when they have extra time to keep everything running as smoothly as possible.

Hey guys, I have a question for moms/caregivers/relatives of school aged kids. I’ve been a pt nanny for two kids aged 7 & 9 since I’ve graduated from university and looking for work. The kids are EXTREMELY addicted to their iPads and wanted to know if this is normal. I practically have to yank the iPads out of the kids hands sometimes when it’s time for bed. All of their friends have tablets too and they text each other. Also, the other day while one of the kids was at a friend’s house, she called her mom to text me to bring her iPad over. Her friend’s house is a ten minute car drive away, and I was going to pick her up in 45 minutes. I told the mom no, because surely she can survive without her iPad for that long right? Wrong. The kid was angry at me when I picked her up, telling me that her and her friend were extremely bored without her iPad and they had nothing else to do
The kids also are very into YouTubers and literally pretend to be vloggers all the time. They are dying to start a YouTube channel, and I’m hoping that the parents will prevent them from doing that. It seems to be the norm among their peers too... one of their classmates was caught vlogging at school and his camera was confiscated. Craziness.

Anyways, is this normal for kids this age?
