Has anyone seen the 'cease and desist' issue on their Facebook page? I thought for certain someone over here would be on top of this, but after reviewing the last two pages, I don't see anything about this. This is what's on the front page of their Facebook page:

..."Hi there, you have broken copyright by stealing my photo and recipe, without credit. Either link to my site on your blog and Facebook, (and delete the recipe instructions), or take down my photo and recipe immediately. Otherwise I will be forced to report your page to Facebook and I will send a cease and desist order for your website..."

I've left the name of the gal off the copy/paste, but you can easily find it by viewing their page. (Hope this is okay to paste/post over here.)

I just cannot get over how absolutely ridiculous this is; how in the world can Ashley believe someone wouldn't have spotted this? She really does live in her own little world...

I hope she reports them. They could've typed their own recipe and picture. They always have to take the easy way out, they should be reported. I can't believe she gave them a warning.

I wish they'd get reported. These 2 jerks think they're so entitled. Puke!!

I'm surmising that, given the woman's link to her website and to her recipe is now ON their Facebook page, this absolves them of any further cease and desist issue? From what I read when reading this woman's statement to them, she is telling them to either link HER website/recipe to both their blog and Facebook page, OR take everything DOWN.

But from what I'm seeing, they've obviously linked up her website, along with her recipe, to their Facebook page, BUT they haven't taken down the recipe from Ashley's post/comment.

Clearly, when reading Ashley's blog, she doesn't precisely state that THIS recipe IS HERS, BUT If memory serves, she has stated on numerous occasions during her vlogs that this is HER recipe and the only recipe that SHE makes that the girls love eating. Clearly, she was implying that this was her own concoction.

Ah-mazing. So it is in fact a famous recipe, just made famous by someone else.

I'm too tired to look, but have they also copied the recipe itself on their blog as their own, or only the picture? (not that it's made better if it's only the picture, it's still violating copyright, just curious.)

Great catch! They're not out of the woods yet because they haven't linked the recipe to the other lady that she stole it from. The blog post clearly states it's their recipe & the only links on Facebook are in the comments from the lady she stole from & another poster also linked it asking why they can't take their own pictures.

It will be interesting to see the outcome. I hope concerned citizens email that lady to let her know the GQS are habitual thieves & do this all the time & encourage her to press charges ; )

I think with shopping for fall decorations and buying the pumpkins, Asswipe got confused and thought today was Halloween. That may explain the horrendous outfit.

It will be interesting to see their response and the KAD response to this person regarding the recipe. The comment will probably get deleted. See KAD, they are liars. Is it so fun stealing from others? Good job! I'm super excited to see how they get out of this one. Dumbshits!

On their Instagram videos, there is one in which 2 of the girls are jumping off of the table into Madison and Garrison's arms and a 3rd child (Evil or Grain), pushes one of the girls as she jumps. Do they not see how dangerous this is?! Why are they teaching their kids that it's ok to not only stand on tables but to also jump off of them. And then to see one of the brats actually pushing one of her sisters off the table as she jumps just makes it that much worse.
Another video shows a boomerang shot of Assface handing one girl a piece of food and you see a heavy (probably Evil) down below being her usual grabby self and reaching for the piece of food that is being handed to her sister. These people are just awful.

I saw that KAD comment as well. Always the excuse of FTYO's. Didn't Asswipe do a live feed the other day from her Lipshit page making her FTYO's, who were probably hungry because they hadn't eaten breakfast yet, wait while she applied that clown whore shit all over her face?
