I watched their vlog of their lakehouse trip and I have to admit - Sadie is a very cute baby. Scarlett was super weird looking as a baby/toddler and so is Luca. I think they'll be good looking adults with Marie's bone structure but Sadie is the first cute child they've had imo. Also have they ever been on a vacation (not including their sponsored Florida trip) apart from the lake weekend they do annually?

They all went on a Disney vacation with Louise (Sprinkle of Glitter) Louise paid for the entire trip for them and even hired one of Disney's tour guides for the parks so they didn't have to wait in lines like the ordinary folk. The entire trip was a bit nauseating to me though, although I suppose it was a much needed break for Marie, with everything that was going on with her mother then. It want too long after they returned from the trip that be mother passed away then.

I used to think there was nothing worse than the way Marie would type out Scarlet's "beeble talk". I stand corrected. The way she types out Luca's words are 1000x worse. It's indecipherable.

Honestly I found Scarlett indecipherable until she was like 5 anyway and Luca is the same. Marie's precious little geniuses aren't great talkers imo.

I haven't watched her awestruck videos in quite some time, but I will be sad to see her go if she does stop vlogging all together. I kind of agree but personally I liked the vlogs best from when Marie was pregnant for the second time up to like Luca turning 1. She showed a lot of really cute fun stuff and it seemed like a nice time for their family. I think when Luca got a little older Marie started taking on more projects and thinking she was hot shit who would only put out content whenever she felt like putting her camera face on. The Weekly Bit was the death of her channel imo because she had to be 'on' all the time and filming every single day. I think she's gonna keep uploading sporadically for like another year and then one day she just won't post anything anymore.

I would miss her too, she used to be my favourite yt mom by a million miles and I feel like I actually learned some things about parenting from her. That's what makes me sad. She used to be a lot more about their cool little life and now you can tell it's super edited and fake. She clearly only films the weekly bit when they're having a really good wee and I think it's kind of...disingenuous? I guess? From someone who claims to just be 'a real mama'. I watched her awestruck goodbye video and she said something about not being the mom who acts like everything is perfect all the time and they're rocking everything because then you can't let anyone in. I think she doesn't realize she is totally THAT MOM in a lot of ways.

Haven't watched one of Maries vlogs in awhile , but was watching Youtube videos tonight due to not being able to sleep. I think her time on Youtube has ended. She seems bored with it all, and even asking her viewers what they want to see. She also mentions how she is planning a video where she will explain to us lowlife viewers how You Tube works. She is trying too hard now, asking g for likes and to share her videos with other Moms. She just seems too desperate to me. I mean how many times can someone watch her ramble on endlessly about nothing, or make a dinner, a grocery haul or packs lunches. As if no other mother does these things. I just don't get what the draw is for those who watch her videos. I hope soon this Youtube craze dies down for all these people who are so narcistic that they think their lives are worth watching for other people. The vibes she gives off is as if she feels she is a superior mother above all others and wants to teach all others how to be as great a mother as she is. And I will give her credit, she seems to be a great mother., but so are millions of others out there. But as with all the You tune families, they want to make themselves feel relevant and it makes me wonder what is going on when they aren't vlogging. Just my opinion though.

I don't think Marie ever intended this to be a career. It was this is fun to do but her life has always been hectic, her mom's health, how rough her pregnancies are etc. I wonder how many subs she got from being friends with Louise and if she was prepared for it.

As shitty as her pregnancies are I'm surprised she agreed to film for Awestruck to begin with since she spent most of the time trying not to barf. I had wondered if she could have done more for her condition instead of sitting in the bath tub without water. Usually I find her videos relaxing so I watch them when I'm doing other things in the room.

I suffered from HG as well during my pregnancies and there is really very little you can do to help it. There are medications but they don't always help everyone, they didn't do much for me. Unfortunately you just have to wait it out and find coping mechanisms that work. I can see why the bathtub with no water helped her, if I was having a really bad spell, I would sit on the kitchen floor up against the fridge. Something about the hardness and cool feeling helps.

I agree that her youtube time is coming to an end. She's been making videos for almost 7 years now. She's obviously over it, her videos used to be so genuine but now it's just a chore. I feel like the YouTube mom community has changed so much and maybe she doesn't feel like she fits in anymore.

I really like Marie and enjoy pretty much all of her videos. But I just wished she would decide what she wants to do on Youtube. Every couple of months she'll have a rant about how she likes making simple old school videos but that's not what does well on youtube as a business, and she doesn't belong with the big fancy youtubers and blah blah blah...
But then she just disappears, rants again and the cycle continues.
Just pick one. Continue making simple videos that you enjoy, or go all out and attempt making it big on Youtube. But just pick one and stick with it!!!

I watched her DITL it was good. It was what I think most people expect from Marie. She wants to do what she's always done but seems to lack the confidence to own it. So we have the cycle of rant, I don't know if I want to stay, re-branding then not, repeat.

Own it. You won't be Louise and turn this into a huge career and that's okay.

I didn't have much hope for this 'revitalization' of her channel because she's tried it a few times before (the weekly bit anyone?) BUUUUUUT I watched her personal revamp video and I actually liked it as lot! She seems like she's really getting back to what I loved about her channel. I thought she was just kind of in it for the money and pretty much done with youtube at this point but maybe i was wrong and she's just not the type who can vlog every day. She seemed pretty drained by the Weekly Bit towards the end of it. I feel bad for being so harsh because i did love her channel and i'm really enjoying her videos lately.

I hope everything's ok but unless someone has died or is very ill posting a picture and caption like that is so overdramatic. I think if it was something serious that really affected her life she'd probably say it on the vlog. I totally understand taking time away but you can't be like 'I need privacy but LOOK AT ME!' it's so hard to take her seriously when she does that.
