maybe i'm in the minority, but i really dislike the new trend of adding clips from tv shows/movies in videos. i noticed DB did it today but sam and nia, bonnie hoellein, and ellie+jared do it as well. like is that even legal? i guess it falls under fair use or something? idk it just takes away from the moment for me

Cullen does it all the time. And they _ALL_ use the SpongeBob French accent "A few minutes later"
"They were in my way". Wow. And of course they use Gaines with her lip out for the thumbnail. And "It's ok". I guess they handled it ok, because they did ask her what she could do next time, but I definitely didn't hear the words "It's not ok to push". It was more about how sucky it is to be in time out. So the punishment was discussed more than what she did.
Katie walks off and leaves Gaines sitting on the counter.
Does Cullen not know that you can't take your key out if your car isn't in park?
Is their house so badly soundproofed that even upstairs with sound machines that the kids would wake up with the food processor running?
And they're the ones who let the party get out of hand. If they wanted a simple party, that's what they should have done. I don't get planning this crazy big party and then saying "oh, I am so stressed!" Especially when they are both home and can arrange stuff the days before, and not leave it all to the last two days.You can process vanilla wafers early-- you don't have to wait until the night before.

This was actually pretty cool of Bryan. I'll give him that. This girl had a seizure and they had to cut off her Like a Lion shirt at the hospital, and one of her family members tweeted him to see if they could by her a replacement. So he sent her one free along with some other stuff. Now, why you would want all that crap, I don't know...but I do think it was kind of him. (And this was the picture she tweeted, so, no, he didn't share it on his own to brag. I mean, he retweeted it, but eh. It was still a nice gesture.)

Now, for the real point to my post, because that about all the credit I can muster for him...are DB Popsockets really going to be a thing?! Please no. I envision them dragging out a HUGE SURPRISE FAMILY ANNOUNCEMENT for days just to announce that they are selling them. Maybe that is the life-changing career move - they are selling Popsockets And maybe that's all the "work" Bryan has been so busy with these days - getting the popsocket design juuuuuust right.

Hmm just throwing it out there...That letter doesn't sound like something Bryan would write at all. And there's a fullscreen shirt there. I wouldn't put it past them to have an assistant or a fullscreen marketing person out there searching for "sob stories" to send merch to in order to get positive press and look good on social media.

I really hate sticking up for him, but he knew.....

Too many YTers wouldn't have done anything. Bryan got something right for once.

Just more evidence that he could have grown to be a better person if he weren't with Missy and were instead with a more motivated, kind and empathetic person.

Or maybe his wanting to be like Roman Atwood is having an unplanned effect. Roman does all kinds of stuff like that. He even took a Make a Wish kid to the Bahamas.

About Bryan (or the family … or the management) sending the fan who had a medical emergency an assortment of merch – it was definitely a nice gesture, but I do remember the Instagram account of a young fan (like, she was probably not older than eleven) who had a terrible disease and asked for a meet&greet or an acknowledgement with a hashtag she came up with. Must’ve been around the time B released his first piece of music, i.e. in early 2016

They did not take note of her, didn’t send her one of the merch-bags from his release party … but the girl and them did end up meeting at some convention. Because she drove there and waited for them.


Again, nice gesture towards the fan whose shirt had to be cut up (and I hope she recovers quickly), but it’s tarnished to me thinking about the young girl who did not get anything because she wasn’t part of their extended circle of acquaintances

Around 8:53, MIssy's belly is sticking pretty far out. Anyone catch that?!?

Missy was drinking what appeared to be her go-to vodka cranberry in Kelsey and Corbin's vlog. She's probably one of those people who think if they work out for even 10 minutes they can eat whatever they want and end up gaining weight. I wouldn't be surprised if she's drinking more with K&C around (because they DO drink quite a bit) and that also packs on the pounds!

I remember her. She would comment on Ellie and Jared's videos as well and never got a response even though it was obvious that they had read the comments because any "Ellie is beautiful" comment was met with a response. This was probably a couple years ago because it was just when I was starting to see their true colours. She was definitely discussed on these boards at the time so the receipts are out there.

Poor Finn. He will never be good enough in his parents eyes. How about teach Ollie to share and play together. It seems Ollie gets his way every single time and can do no wrong.

Yep. We see Ollie snatch toys from Finn all the time without a peep from his parents but the one time Finn wants something Ollie has it's "Drama!! Troublemaker!! TERRIBLE TWOS!!!!!!!!!"

This made me insane, too! I've never been totally on-board the "they favor Ollie" train, but today's video was a bad, bad look. Ollie is a total snatchosaurus all the time, and while there is this whole cotton ball jar bullshit going on, I don't recall ever seeing him in time out.

Furthermore, Bryan absolutely blew it. A play by play:
(1) Although Finn is probably old enough to start to understand a time-out, Bryan completely undermined it by shoving a camera in his face and talking to him.
(2) Nose in a corner is creepy and draconian and more for show than anything else. A designated seat is more than fine (at my house, we had to sit on the bottom step of our staircase, and it felt like the biggest deal in the world).
(3) He tried to do the right thing by giving Finn a hug and integrate him back into playtime after the time out (both great choices), and then proceeded to allow Ollie to taunt fin. Ollie was blatantly doing a "come and get it" thing with Finn -- and Bryan addressed it for like a second, but mostly let it go.
(4) Urged Finn to chase Ollie and "get him" -- which is just very similar to what Finn had been doing to get the time out in the first place.

So either the time out never even happened and Finn just happened to be having a meltdown in the corner on his own (which honestly kind of sounds age appropriate. Toddlers are so weird) and Bryan decided to lie for the clickbait potential ... or Bryan is just really inept at parenting. Both options are equally possible, honestly. I can't believe people are allowed to just ... reproduce.

Also, didn't Bryan just talk about a guys poker night in yesterdays vlog?? And now again in todays??

He went shopping for ingredients the day before and mentioned poker night was going to be the next night. No time travel on this one.

I could help but notice that one Mr. Johnson was not at the "guys night," but Bryan's producer, Jimmy, Corbin, and some bearded dude (I don't think it's CJ and Bailey's dad, I think that dude is a little bigger) all were. I think Corbin has definitely replaced Jeff on the payroll -- but it remains to be seen whether it's because Johnson Fam grew a little bigger and Jeff had to devote more time to that or because there was some big falling out (I have a secret theory that the real reason Ollie and Finn stopped going to swim class is due to some sort of awkward situation).

A little bigger? Is Natalia pregnant finally?

Did the preschool send that work home or did Missy just go buy workbooks? If the preschool sent it home it was probably a subtle way of them saying your son is way behind. No way can we catch him up two days a week. Try doing these at home. His wrist should be flat on the table when writing. He should be using shorter pencils. Poor Ollie is already behind the eight ball. Bryan and Missy are clueless and don't even realize the damage they have caused by letting him watch inappropriate TV and play with his swords and shields

Yes - I just meant that the Johnson channel is gaining more viewers (although that flood clickbait stunt set them back some).

I'm SO glad she's doing music class with Finn (even if it is only with Kelsey pushing it along -- plus now Missy won't have to branch out and talk to any adults that she hasn't known since high school at the latest). Finley seems to love to dance and move to music and he's at a PERFECT age for this kind of thing. I also love that he's getting to do something Oliver doesn't -- might give him a shot at developing an independent identity!
