Having Kids in 20s vs 30s

Hey everyone, I'm 22 and in no way ready to have kids since I just graduated from university and single, but I was curious on this topic. I hear different opinions about having kids in your 20s or your 30s, and I was curious about your experiences and opinions. I met someone who said that she regrets having her kids in her twenties because she has no more pregnancies and babies to look forward to, and feels like she rushed through those life milestones. I met someone else who wished she had her kids in her twenties when she was more energetic.

I'm hoping to start my family in my late twenties after I've settled and traveled and everything, but I want an age gap of 4 years between my kids so idk.
