Oscar was always like that. Even when Levi was an infant the only way he interacted with him was by saying "he is soooo cute" or by bothering him when he was asleep in the morning. Then he started endangering him by taking him to activities that were absolutely not age appropriate. He didn't even have age appropriate toys until his family bought them for his first birthday. The negative comments we see are the ones they choose to put in the vlog which makes me think that they go on all day. Levi was a "crybaby" for the longest time - uhm.. yeah.. he's crying and he's a baby. That's what babies do. He expects him to express himself like an adult and understand things like one as well... It is so sad to watch.

I'm just wondering because I haven't been watching the vlogs for to long but had Oscar always been this uninvolved with the kids? And has he always treated and made comments like he does now to Kyra? I don't think she is the best mom in the whole world but she geninuely seems to love and care about Levi and Alaya while Oscar is always refering to them as bothersome and it just makes me sad. Levi is a sweet kid and in my opinion him putting tuperwear in the microwave (and he knows not to start it too) just shows that he is a smart boy and sees the similarities between things while Oscar is just like "wow kids always giving you suprises and I thought it stopped when they go to sleep" ... what a great attitude. I think Kyra would have benefitted more by being with someone more supportive and caring like Khoa.

IM CRYING AT THE THOUGHT OF THIS HAPPENING IT WOULD BE COMEDY GOLD. Keren and Oscar would both sleep until 3pm, leaving the kids in their cribs all day. Videos would be late, they'd both feed off of each other' unhealthy eating habits (in different ways lol). I wish wife swap was still a thing because that would be HILARIOUS

A little part of me is hoping Kyra has an epihany while he is gone and sees how little he really does and then realizes she's had the power all along. She can raise those kids and take care of the house alone...almost just like when he is home.

Oscar just makes me angry. Kyra I can tolerate, because even though she's pretty dim, I think she genuinely loves her kids, is maternal, and affectionate with them. But Oscar is lazy, misogynistic, and honestly, pretty terrible at parenting - at least at the baby stage. He doesn't know what is and isn't appropriate for babies or toddlers. Half the time he holds Alaya I feel like he makes her cry with how he handles her (I watch sporadically, so this could just be MY observation). Didn't they have a recent video titled "daddy puts baby girl to bed for the first time!" or something... I mean, the kid is like 7 months old and her father hasn't put her to bed ONCE? That's pathetic. He's lazy and he thinks it's Kyra's job to do everything, he thinks he can get away with doing what he wants all day then excitedly playing with them and get them riled up, and that's about it. And he's always putting Kyra down and even making stupid comments about the kids that are pretty rude and uninformed and shows he just doesn't understand babies. I don't know how she deals with him. Maybe she was raised in such an environment but I wouldn't tolerate it.

I feel like many people who disliked kyra here suddenly started to like her the minute she said she has anxiety or I don't know what and that she will be under medication for it. Like people have an exxagerated sympathy for whoever suffers from anxiety. If you're a shitty parent and are late af for your so called daily vlogs, just make a tweet about anxiety and suddenly you'll be a hero!

But this is new is it? kyra suffered from ppd after levi's birth for months and she said it herself so she was aware of it, yet instead of trying to improve her mental health she got knocked up AGAIN. Now her mental issues have increased, she has 2kids under 2 at barely 20, a useless partner who sleeps all day and make her feel like shit, yet I'm sure she will get pregnant again. And her anxiety or whatever it is will only get worse


Do I have to feel bad for then? no, she did it tp herself. Good on her for seeking the help of a specialist but that doesn't suddenly turn her into a survivor or a warrior or something.

Exactly. Kyra was well known for her mental health issues. But she admitted it so she must deserve a medal or something for asking for help. I know It's a good thing and a huge step but it's something she should have done a long ago before she became neglectful towards Levi. We all saw it..
Anyway she's "ok" now after just one month of therapy!!!

Some people only need help to find out ways to help them cope. As someone who suffers from Anxiety as well, it SUCKS. I hate having to take medicine, I never wanted to but, until I find other ways to cope with it, I can’t. Good for Kyra for feeling comfortable enough to go on without it. If she feels like she needs it, she can always go back. But, again, you’d have to be in a similar situation to understand.

As I said, so much exagerated sympathy just because she said she has anxiety and will take medication...after two whole years of knowing very well she wasn't feeling ok and another baby. Why should I suddenly stop criticizing them? she did nothing incredible, she didn't took her own mental health problems seriously for two fucking years, that's irresponsible and she brought another baby in this world when she couldn't even take care of the one she had and herself, so yes she did it to herself. If you're responsible and down to earth, you take your own healthy (ESPECIALLY mental health because it's so important) and kid's well being seriously as soon as you realize something is off.

Nobody is asking you to stop criticizing them. Just don’t bash someone about their mental illness. It takes a lot to get help and to feel confident with getting the help. People don’t understand how mental health doctors have huge wait lists, other doctors don’t know what to do for you, and sometimes, its not “that bad” and you can’t handle it. Nobody is saying to wear Kyra’s a*s as a helmet, but at least be a decent human and don’t talk about her mental health. ESPECIALLY when other people on here who have similar issues could read this stuff and get offended or it could make their mind race. Just be a decent human.

Kyra is the type of girl that HAS to have a boyfriend/significant other at all times, I feel. There's not anything necessarily "wrong" about that, as long as you have some sense of independence. I don't think Kyra could mentally cope with raising 2 kids, going to school, & keeping a house without Oscar. Ever. I think she is strong enough to do it, but I don't believe she thinks she would be able to. Sadly, she's too dependent on his approval for pretty much everything to ever leave him, unless something absolutely wild happens. My sister is the same way, she needs a man in her life, as bad as that sounds. That's just the way some people are, and I feel like Kyra is that way.
