I dont understand how they can fail at life so bad. I mean having a small child and not having a plan for your future is scary and reckless.

No one is their right mind would plan to have a second to try and get there yt career going again when they don't even do the bare minimum.

If things get so bad I see them doing a pateron and trying to suck any money out of viewers.

Juniper is such a gorgeous sweet girl. She really doesnt deserve to be lumped with Kelsey and Corbin.

These two are at the top of my most hated yt families.

Plus june is at the age where she doesn't want or need expensive gifts. There are plenty of things out there for less than $10 that would make that little girl happy as a clam. they could literally spend $50 or less and she would have a great Christmas. These fools are trying for another baby while whining that they cant afford the one they have. Where is the logic? The older they get the more expensive they get. they do not need to throw another baby in the mix right now. I wonder what her mom thinks about them TTCing?

This is 100% what I've been thinking. They've been talking up this BIG present for June...but why?? Get her a box of Crayons, a pad of paper, a big bouncy ball, a stuffed animal and DONE! That's like $20 max for all of that. FFS, she's one! It's not like she needs anything expensive!

I also wonder what both sides of the family think about another kid. I'm guessing they might hold their tongue just to not get Corbin in a rage.

When my son was 2 i worked at Dollar General and 90% of his Christmas was from there. His "big" gift was a little ride on Spiderman car (not a powerwheel, a sit on your butt and scoot with your feet ride on) that was around $20. He LOVED that thing and played with it daily until he was at least 5 or 6. It had a horn, and a lift up seat he could put his things in, he scoot scooted around on that thing 24/7.. best $20 gift i ever bought. This is the sort of thing they need to get her. Use that simplistic lifestyle they preach about for once. the things you mention are great.. maybe some puzzles (they sell packs of 3 or so if them for a couple bucks at walmart), some cheap bath toys, a few paperback picture books... its incredibly easy to make kids at her age happy for xmas/birthdays. Just wait till she's 13 and has VERY SPECIFIC things she wants. It's so much easier when they havent formed strong opinions about likes and dislikes.

I agree that he’s trying to make Kelsey the face of their channel. I don’t think it’s helping. These “mom rants” of hers are boring. She’s saying the exact same thing over and over again. It’s funny how they talk about all these negative comments that people are making, except they delete them so no one knows.

They chose to put their life on the internet. Of course people are going to have different opinions on everything that’s life/human nature. If people go back and watch their old videos, you actually see how self righteous they were but now it’s a complete about face, ie “no screen time”. I noticed that someone asked them yesterday if they had given up TTC since they hadn’t mentioned it. Oh please!

Of course these two lazy people think “the lazy gnome” is the best. Most of the things they’ve done are just for show, June won’t even remember.

Is it their new "strategy" to have a "Kelsey Rant" in every vlog now?? I don't get it at all. Today is like four vlogs in a row of her ranting about basically the same thing. It makes her seem whiney AF. She says she's trying to "start a conversation," but she just comes off as an entitled person complaining. If she's really as stressed as she seems, then maybe YT isn't the right career for their family....

Also, I get the feeling they were trying to get the Lazy Gnome people to send them one for free. It's out of stock everywhere, so why even bring it up?? Talk about it when you have one NEXT year.

Wonder what excuse he’s going to use for no vlog today. He’s been back for awhile and obviously can’t find anything to vlog. They’ve gotten so lazy.

Did they even post a vlog leaving Hawaii? I think he's just drawing it out as long as he can. I bet there are two more Hawaii vlogs before they start showing anything in Idaho. One stupid vacation montage FOR SURE! Then one where they will cry as the leave to go back to frigid Potato Land.

Here's reality: they can pick to live wherever they want, but they seem so broke and destitute that they are FORCED to live in Idaho. If Corbin had been working a real job all this time they probably could even afford to live in Portland! I think that's really crushing Corbin's fragile ego right now. That's probably why he doesn't want to post anything from Idaho.

If he hadn't quit that job he had before, they would probably be doing just fine. He probably thought he should be executive producer starting out, and had to do scut puppy work. And you know, that's beneath him, just like doing Starbucks runs for Bryan and Missy was.

Honestly even if they'd stuck it out in SoCal and Corbin wasn't so insufferable he probably could've learned a LOT about vlogging. Not everyone can be the star of youtube but they could have their own solid family channel with Corbin doing editing work to pay the bills. He could've built up a portfolio and maybe eventually they could have moved closer to LA if he could get an editing job there. A lot of people would probably want their videos produced or edited by someone who works with the Lannings and it seemed like B and M would've definitely hooked them up with some connections.

That's the thing that upsets me about the situation with the Lannings. I think that Missy really cared about and loved Kelsey and June. I think that Bryan really cared about Kelsey and June as well. I feel that the entire problem was with Corbin and that Missy and Bryan and their entire family tried to help them, but when they discovered how lazy and controlling that Corbin really is they cut Corbin off. I bet if Kelsey took June and left Corbin tomorrow the Lanning family would be waiting with open arms and take Kelsey in too help her. I could be wrong about that, but that's the hunch that I get. Of all of the "friends" that Missy had you could tell when they were together that she truly loved and cared about Kelsey and vise versa. No one knows for sure, but Corbin was likely fired by Bryan around Thanksgiving last year.

FFS, another Kelsey Rant! Is she even kidding with this? All of their parents live probably within 30 minutes of each other and she's complaining it's TOO MUCH WORK to see them??? They also now LIVE with her mom, so it's not exactly a mystery that she's talking about seeing Corbin's parents when she talks about family fights and it being difficult and not being happy. Not shocking.

There was definitely a reason these two NEVER went home for the holidays before this year. Seriously, they drove to Idaho to pick up their stuff and turned around to go back to PDX just days before Christmas. I 100% think Corbin fights with his parents. That's probably why they are living with Kelsey's mom. Corbin's parents never even met June until she was almost one.

Their life is a MESS!

I noticed she also said "we're in Idaho...at least for this year." So are they thinking of leaving again? I wouldn't be surprised. They tend to run away from their problems.

Families tend to work these things out. They live with her mom so it seems like she gets to do most of the things with them. I also get the feeling that there are problems with his family. His other brother has a daughter too, so wouldn’t it be nice to see them. I just got the feeling that these two think it should be all about them and what’s convenient for only them! The holidays are busy so get over it. It’s not like they have jobs that they have to work around. No Corbin, splicing footage from one day into several is not work!

Listening to these two, I really wonder if they’ll ever be able to hold down jobs outside of the home. I don’t think so... it’ll always be the bosses fault or something never because of themselves.

I’d forgotten about them getting their stuff and going back to Portland. So strange.

This EXACTLY! I met up with some family for a pre-holiday meal (because some people are going out of town) after work last night and I was even 20 minutes late! It was all chill and fun. The holidays are busy and stressful for everyone, but you just have to make it work — unless there are bigger issues.

Corby and Kelsey seem to think the world revolves around THEM. I think Special Corby is a total jerk to everyone and fights with his parents. That would make the holidays VERY stressful.

I agree that there is something off about Baby Corby and he would be awful to work with. Kelsey doesn't need another baby, she needs a divorce. They are headed down a very bad path as it is.

Extreme gender stereotyping is one of my biggest pet peeves. I recognize there are inherent differences between boys and girls and they have different tendencies and develop at different speeds, but girls do not have to be pink and frilly and boys grubby and rough. When my husband and I talk about our future child, my husband says things like he looks forward to playing golf or catch with them...boy OR girl. I would love to play house/dolls/trains/cars whatever with either sex. Having one sex over the other doesn't prevent a parent having a close relationship with them or getting them involved in activities they love.

OT but it’s really interesting and fun watching kids navigate gender stereotypes when you allow them. My 4yo son naturally gravitates toward trucks, dinosaurs, sports etc. but now that he has a sister he’s asking to wear a pony tail, skirts, and paint nails. We don’t say no and it’s greaf that he’s at an age (and community) where people don’t tell him what he needs between his legs to do those things.
