This "service " project has nothing to do with reaching out to the women in shelters and everything to do with promoting Seneshit.
If they truly wanted to give these women a makeover, they would have gone on the quiet and not told anyone The fact they are promoting the sh!t out of it gives their real motives away. It's just one huge advertisement for Seneshit. Revealing locations and the faces of these women has me speechless. Words fail me at how irresponsible this is. I know women who have stayed in shelters and they could not reveal the suburb the shelter was in, let alone the exact location. They are safe houses for a reason. The stats in Australia are horrifying - a woman a week dies from DV. We have a relatively small population. I would imagine the stats would be much higher in the US or Canada simply due to the larger populations and the number of firearms in the US (it is illegal to own a gun in Aus).
Trash - you have compromised the safety of these women and put their lives in danger - their ex's could recognise them and can deduce their location from what you have posted. You are a f@rcking idiot. It just goes to show how little regard you have for others. As always, it's all about you. Helping those in need = is great, promoting yourself helping others with no regard for the safety of others - shows what a egotistical, self centred, narcissistic bitch you really are.
If Trash or Seneshit actually wanted to help women in DV shelters, they could have donated lots of cold hard cash - a percentage of Seneshit profits for a month would do wonders.
I left a DV marriage 8 years ago and still have PTSD from the crap I was put through. I will never be the same again and my kids have also been deeply affected. We are STILL going to counselling. I didn't wind up in a shelter, but if I did, the last thing I would have wanted was someone slathering makeup on me, screeching "Do you love it" and trying to offer my "employment" by recruiting me into a pyramid scheme. When I left my ex husband, I needed money, long term counselling and support from friends and family, somewhere safe to live and understanding. In terms of pampering, nice clothes or a decent haircut would have been nice. Something that lasts a while. A "makeover" would not have been on my radar. Clown/ hooker makeup would have had me in tears.
